Goal gifted to the Lions from the softest free kick you will ever see. Just horrible.

Shocking decisions, sadly umps ruining a good game

Wtf is this umpiring! 3 frees in a row for 3 disposals resulting in 2 goals 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Honestly, these umpires have lost their mind

This game in Tassie has been the scene of some of the worst umpiring I have ever seen, a number of off the ball free kicks that wouldn’t be paid in U/12’s.

There is no excuse, these umpires are just not good enough.

And an equally soft payback free kick to the Hawks = a goal. Grrrrrrr!

Bruest is all class

Come on hawks !

Hawks looking the stronger at this stage. Kicked 6 of last 7 goals

At least one of them did last years grand final

Is that Hugo Weaving in the coaches box with Sam Mitchell?

Get it done, Hawks!!!

Lions defence all at sea. Hawks look like scoring every time they go inside 50

About 5 minutes ago a Brisbane fwd punched the ball rather than attempt to mark when he was 15 metres out directly in front.

Madness

Equal shttest win of the round with Carlton off the back of deliberately trash biased umpiring.

The dominant storyline coming out of Round One for Saturday Night’s clash at Optus Stadium centres on the influence of the big men. The spotlight naturally falls on two elite ruckmen who, five years ago, shared the stage in Melbourne’s memorable premiership triumph.
