Jeezus Naitanui is unfit.

Not to make everything about the Dees, but I hope Jackson doesn't get on the same paddock, because NicNat was a lithe athletic freak at Jackson's age too.

Terrible decision against Maynard. Brilliant effort.

Met a West Coast supporter (dressed in the polo) in my building today who held the elevator to my great surprise: first nice West Coast supporter I've ever met, so I'm going for them…tonight.

Will never forget 2018 though, and told him as much.

My mate from the elevator would be going bananas right now!!!

Lol, Welcome to coaching Craig McRae

In contrast to Nic Nat, Dogga has the best possible role  model in Max Gawn, built a phenomenal tank, works tirelessly up and down the ground. a proper professional. Imagine what kind of a player nic nat would be if he was bothered to get into shape

I reckon the pies are going to cough up this game. They've been very wayward in front of goal

We can only hope.

Wow West coast always find a way to rip the heart out of pies fans.

Good for us to with the pies now a couple of games behind us

The miracle at marvel! A bit over the top. The pies will finish 10-14 this year.

If the worst case scenario happened and we lost dogga to west coast he'd bypass Nic Nat easily in the ruck

West Coast had half their team out (11players) and still won.

Pies are a rabble!
And we love it!

Enjoy your beers gentleman and ladies and have a great big lol at the filth.

If they insist on interviewing Stewie Dew I'm going to need a wider telly.

Naitanui had Dean Cox early in his career too...

Even better that leaves The Boomers and Port as the only teams without a win. Come on The Crows tomorrow.

Want to unmute the telly so I can listen to Nath Jones, but that means I'll have to listen to Luke Darcy too…shudder.

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
