The main training session is on Tuesday, so we will know then I suppose

No suspects at this stage but short, bald man with tattoos seen at the scene of the cork

A friend of mine had a corked bottle of Grange -  he was confined to his bed for a month.

Jacqueline Felgate saying Bulldogs win sets up a fairytale finish for them. Haven’t they already had their fairytale finish. I think there is another team waiting for their fairytale.

Theirs is Rapunzal, ours is Cinderella.

My word the state of sports journalism in this country (in particular, channel 7):

1. Cribbing a Melbourne website interview with Steven May for a bit of soundbite credibility
2. Fake alarmist story based on grainy footage of a strapped calf
3. Sensationalist headlines galore (glad I didn't have to watch the story about the world number 1 women's tennis player and Wimbledon winner "crumbling")

I don't think we need to start panicking about ANB quite yet.

If anb is out would you put Jordan in & bump jonsey to sub?

I'd prefer Melksham in if ANB is out.

Anxiety crashed in as soon as I saw the op.  I live in Canberra, where we have a different news bulletin to Victoria, and I sculled 1/2 bottle of Shiraz in the short time waiting for details.  I’ll now enjoy the remainder of the delicious‘Father’s Day’ dinner that Mrs. Deeoldfart has prepared for me.  Thanks,

It's okay, Demons are just resting Nibbler for a week to prevent him being suspended for Selwood's neck-to-the-throat fend-off and/or off-the-line-of-the-ball bump to the side of a bent over opponent's head a couple of weeks before that.

Hard to imagine Nibbler being able to focus with that much scrutiny on him.

  • GAMEDAY: Richmond

It's Game Day on Friday night. ANZAC Eve. The big stage at the ‘G. The Demons return to the spotlight for one of our most significant nights on the football calendar, taking on the Tigers in a clash that always carries extra weight given the gravity of occasion of the commemoration of the ANZAC Spirit. Under the lights, in front of a packed house, this is where moments are made. Can the Dees rise to the occasion and deliver on the big stage, or will Richmond spoil the night? All the build-up, discussion, and in-game reactions here. Go Dees.

  • NON-MFC: Round 7

Round 7 is here, with the ANZAC commemoration games taking centre stage. Who are you tipping this week, and which results would be most favourable for the Demons?

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.

  • REPORT: Brisbane

Before Sunday, the last time the Brisbane Lions had walked onto the turf of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, they celebrated the pinnacle of the sport - an AFL premiership secured in emphatic fashion for the second consecutive year.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

From the outset, the Casey Demons lacked any spring in their steps. They were out-hustled and out-bustled and finally outplayed by the Brisbane Lions by 38 points on their home turf in perfect conditions at Casey Fields.
