i wonder though if you aren't doing something wrong on tmaster with your choices......can be tricky if not used to it

mfc email or web site gives some ticketing instructions...

It's not me doing it daisy. It's the bloke I sent them to.

Looks like all of the Melbourne allocation are sold out, the fans I passed my P3 onto can't get tickets.

I can't recall what the times were for tickets to go on sale, but do remember they were staggered by priority... so is it possible that they are not yet on sale?

EDIT: just saw DCs post above... they are sold out.

As a long standing forum member and OLD( 84) Demon supporter since 1948, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to let me have their membership number so that my daughter could take me to the Grand final. As a Melbourne member I could get a ticket but need help to get there. A big ask I know.

Got my tickets and whilst I’m ecstatic, need to be humble as I’m still a little sad for all those back in Melbourne who through no fault of their own cannot attend.

Special thanks to @Lucifer's Hero what you have done for my nephew can not be put into words. Throughout my correspondence with you relating to the barcodes you have shown what a generous person you are who cares for others. I really hope Karma comes back and touch wood you get to attend the last day in September next year to see our beloved Demons

Very kind and generous words.  Thank you.

Delighted to help make your nephew happy.  Hope it is special for both of you and the family.

And with the karma you are sending my way, maybe I can share  the day with my niece at the G next year.

Great news that our allocation has sold out. I assume the Dogs allocation will also sell out, unless less Melbourne based Dogs fans are willing to pass on their barcodes.

I hope the rest of the tickets are sold to people who are coming to back us! I fully understand that the Dogs are not as hated as Geelong, but I still would hope we would be the sentimental favourites!

Desperate punters can try their luck on Doggyland or whatever their fan site is called tomorrow.

Not sure if this is still the case but the 16 clubs that don’t make the GF are normally given 1000 tickets each (this may be less due to size of Optus). A friend of mine a few years back bought 2 tickets for $2000 from Collingwood. It also had entry to the GF breakfast. Considering tickets are worth $450 for priority 1 members it’s worth it in my opinion for what could be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I'm not sure if this is acceptable in here but would anyone be willing to share 5 bar codes for the grand final with a family of 5 from Perth? We don't support West Coast or Fremantle if that helps seal the deal but we will be very happy to support the Demons if we can get tickets. Thanks in advance.

Hey drysdale.

Was that a concession ticket?

He's trying to purchase but it won't let him.

Yeah, I am a pensioner, sorry about that.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.

  • AFLW REPORT: St. Kilda

The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking.  We filled our boots with percentage — now a whopping 520.7% — and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourne’s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasn’t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's  six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his team’s unfulfilled potential rang true … well, almost.
