Urinating in public

Featured Replies

Gold Coast coach Stuart Dew in urinating video, reportedly deliberately leaked

The link is to indicate urinating in public that the AFL are embarrassed about.

Down at Gosch's paddock there are no facilities.

I have seen numerous players urinating in public. Squatting or behind trees is the usual method.

Why do we have substandard training facilities? Nearest toilet is a 4 minute walk away. A ten minute disruption to the group.

Someone could easily expose the MFC players if they felt very vindictive.

Ten in the morning is a better look than outside the pub at night!  NOT.

Look, we've all done it..

Non issue.

It's kinda funny really. good work Dewy! play on.

In the uncut version he walks back and does a poo.

Jesus, slow news week??

from 2 years ago.  probably some disgruntled player that was just canned 'leaked' it.  but who cares?

actually, ive changed my mind, its an outrage!  this season should be cancelled!

He could have done a wee-wee in a drink bottle and then sprayed it all over the nearest journalist. Just a waste.

Have Stuart Dew and the poo jogger ever been seen in the same room together? Just saying...

And then picks it up and throws it at a granny in a wheelchair?

How the [censored] did you manage to link this to the mfc??

It embarrassing for the club, the players, the AFL, and myself, that our players are always urinating in public.

I find myself having to look away and pretend I didn't notice.

Sets a bad example.

The law says you can't.

With substandard, facilities we will be an irrelevant club!

Surprised it took you 15 posts, BBO.

"I'd like to apologise to my family, team-mates, the AFL, the umpires, Toyota, Channel 7, Fox and 3AW. In particular, I'm sorry to all the kids out there who expect better from salad dodgers like me. I'm not proud of what happened and I regret my decisions. I'm just so sorry it wasn't all over Eddie McGuire."

Actually Adam, this is a thread where I could contribute with a fair degree of knowledge, insight and experience.

However, as the Mods often tend to undervalue my efforts, it is best to keep my own counsel.

I'm not one to tell tales but , I heard @Moonshadow, was involved in a similar incident subsequent to a Melbourne V Giants game at Manuka some years ago.

Nice distraction from the Harley Bennell, Petracca and Hunt fiascos.

This one seems to have even less to it. [censored] people on the football field is bizarre. Pissing in the bushes is hardly earth shattering.

Er, I don't think so. You make up more rubbish than Tom Brown.

In some states, you can pass on your own car.

  • NON-MFC: 2026 Opening Round

Finally the 2026 AFL Premiership Season is upon us. While Melbourne sits out Opening Round, there is still plenty of footy to enjoy with five non-MFC clashes to kick off the new season. It all begins on Thursday night with a blockbuster at the SCG as Sydney hosts Carlton in what should be a strong early test for both sides. On Friday night, Gold Coast gets its chance to open the season in front of a home crowd when the Suns and Christian Petracca take on Geelong at People First Stadium. Saturday features a double-header, starting in the afternoon with Greater Western Sydney and Clayton Oliver meeting the Hawks at Engie Stadium. That is followed on Saturday night by Brisbane Lions hosting the Western Bulldogs at the Gabba, with the Lions embarking on their campaign to win the Threepeat. Opening Round wraps up on Sunday night at the MCG, where St Kilda takes on Collingwood in the only game in town in the first week of the season. There is no shortage of storylines across the round, so discuss all the action from the non-MFC games of Opening Round.

  • PREGAME: St. Kilda

With just over two weeks until their opening match of the 2026 AFL Premiership season, the Demons are already well on the path to redemption and have the Saints firmly in their sights ahead of their mid-March clash at the MCG. What do you think the team will look like when they run out on to the G?

Mars is not usually a place known for lighting strikes but on Friday evening it happened twice in the vicinity of the stadium in Ballarat that carries the name and is a half completed building site with limited capacity for spectators.

It's Game Day and the 2026 AFL Premiership season is almost upon us as the Demons take to the field for their final practice match before the first ball is kicked in anger in 16 days time. What are you expecting to see from the Dees today as they take on the Tigers at Mars Stadium in Ballarat?
