Next week looms as a make or break for us - a win makes it a lot harder for the Bulldogs to get back in the race. It’s easy to say we’re going to take things one week at a time but this is a big one for us.

Watching Channel 7 cover this Essendon game proves how biased the media coverage of the AFL is. If Melbourne, the Saints, North or the Dogs has delivered up a spineless half like that they would be (rightly) nailed to the cross. Instead they keep trying to barrack for them to come back into the contest. 

They are missing probably 12 of their best 22 including most of their goal kicking power. They did well to limit the damage despite playing so poorly.
