Interview and footage on Freo site would say otherwise. He’s also already training with them as an academy type, so he’s going to Freo unfortunately.

Who would people consider to be the best small forward of all time, indigenous or not?

Daicos (is he considered small?), KB, Matthews, Phil Matera, Cyril, Betts, Tiprat (god forbid)?

Interestingly, Bartlett and Matthews both played most of their careers as champion on-ballers (rovers as they were called back then) before moving forward in the latter part of their careers and excelling in that role as well.

I’m not that particular - I don’t mind if our next great small forward isn’t indigenous, nor do I mind if out next indigenous great isn’t a small forward.
