JKH in to underwhelm again.

Seriously what a pathetic comment.

Has earned his chance with really good consistent form. He's a 23yo that has played less than 30 games. You should be ashamed.

He has been in good form I'll back him to do well.

As he was every other time he got selected.

Could Melksham have a run further up the ground maybe on a wing? Seems to have gone cold playing forward, which can be a hard position to get your hands on the footy. His massive kick would be beneficial up the ground on the MCG

Team looks and definitely is slower than last week.

Lets hope JKH brings the best of his VFL form to Saturday against the Dogs.

Vince is thereabouts, so okay in for JSmith.

We just need to win, 5 plus goals would be good.

He should be starting up in a wing. NOT TOM MCDONALD!!

No I'm not but let me assure you that every time I cast doubt on a player I hope they play very well.

Bernie may have betrothed his future sons in an effort to eke out the final 4 games to reach 100......

Here’s a completely pointless observation. Have a look at the photos of the players in the MFC email noting changes for the weekend. The 2 ‘ins’ are smiling; the ‘outs’ look suitably bereft.

It’s hard to be too excited with the changes when it’s two fringers in, replacing two injured fringers, but really Vince and JKH were just next in the queue. Sometimes selection isn’t exciting and just an exercise in letting the process play out.

Good luck to JKH. Last roll of the dice for him.

Not sure how JKH gets a game in a side with Spargo and Garlett. Will he actually play on the wing?

All I keep seeing is him stuffing up what felt like at least 20 times vs the Tigers last year

Vince I expected, less confident now tbh

The game's not zoned, you know....how many line up on Gameday, exactly as named on Thursday night??

Geez we lack pace. If this were anywhere other than the MCG I'd be far more confident.

Is Vince still capable of playing an outside mid role like Stretch played? I’d love to see him wind back the clock and crank out a 40 possy game like his early seasons at the MFC. I know he’s slowing down, but the opening is there.

Yes naming players in spots is pretty much bs.

But furthermore. Melksham has a beautiful kick. He slices up “zones” smart ass. Should stay there more so than up fwd.

Vince is an upgrade on smith despite Smiths athletic attributes.

Jkh is and always has been a midfielder. He is a similar type to stretch albiet smaller. Neat skills ok pace cracks in when he has to. Not best 22 but he is next in line after decent Casey form. Get behind him

Bernie I can understand, JKH on the other hand. Has he ever taken that step from VFL to AFL?

Always seems so slow. Happy to be wrong, but he seems another too good for 2nds/not good enough for 1sts that we seem to have attracted over the years.

JKH form has been good all year at Casey, he had to be given another go, against Dogs is a good choice, hope he does really well

Yes I am assuming TMac at full forward, Fritsch to the wing. With so many smallish half forwards selected I expect some to play on ball or on the wing. I would give Jeffy, JKH and Melksham time in the midfield and Salem playing back more. Is there a worthwhile tagging role for Vince?

If JKH brings what he brought to the Casey game last week, that'll do me. I expect a switched on JKH to grasp his chance. Deserves his opportunity.
