Just a game for Salem? What game were you watching?

Obviously not the one against North

Jetta some good things

Garellt another 3 goals and pressure

Oliver tagged Salem stepped up

Jetta: Sat Brown down

Highlight of the day for mine. Geez he s":!s me that bloke. Mostly cos he kicks bags against us but it's the whole Carrot Top meets praying mantis meets footballer schtick he has going.

I’m usually a bit harsh on Salem but he really was wonderful today. Was definitely more than “just a game” unless you have ridiculously high standards on him

Tyson also very harsh. Had one shank early and everything else from him was great. Is no longer the gun inside mid he was in his first year with us as he’s been pushed way down but if he can pick up 25 clean touches a week on the wing like he did today I’ll be happy.

I like the rest of your work however ?

You keep promising that you’d never read my 3 worders again ?

Funny game today

Loved the win but we could have been so much better.

I am comforted by watching GWS at the MCG last week against Collingwood. GWS were by miles the more skilful side but Collingwood would not go away and GWS just could not get that final piece of its act together.

Some of our forward forays were almost comical in their ineptitude

Hats off to Bugg ... if he had not missed that shot on half time I would have him as BOG behind Hogan.

Joeboys' summary as usual is good but fair ... one day though he will share his love with Tyson.

Perhaps there is a lesson in "resting" Oliver in the forward line

 3. GAWN dominated all day AA FORM NO DOUBT. .

2. PETRACCA  what a marvel. Champion written all over.

1. JONES  Captain COURAGEOUS .

Nah, Petracca, Hogan and Gawn stood out.

Not your best work, and very harsh on our defenders. Lever Hibberd Frost Jetta were all very good.

What was so iffy about Frost? did u watch the game f me.

Some awful decisions - leaving Waite out the back despite being nowhere near the contest, tackling a guy ages after he had disposed it give a down field free. They cost 2 goals. And some other moments where he would needlessly commit to one player or the other or not position himself to help his team mates.

But he was strong in the air when able to run at the ball, took some nice marks, used his pace to get back and mop up and his run and ball use was good.

After a slow start he did make a positive impact but he has to show some improved smarts very quickly or he'll have bad days or moments and be out of the team.

If Frosty keeps kicking torps we will have to call him Frosty the Barrelman ... ?

Salem?? He was involved in everything! I actually like where is form is heading.

Absolutely. I’m sure some people only look at possession numbers which of course don’t take into account the 1%’s. Salem was very, very good today.

Worst assessment  ever

Watched Frosty closely today. Did some good things but has the unique capacity of being able to outsmart himself. Should always be played alongside a smart footballer.
