% still important....

No it's not, this club doesnt deserve to play finals, we are weak as [censored]

Gees Mumford is a fat piece of [censored] isn't he?

If only he fell on Scully, broke Scully's leg and his own simultaneously that would be pretty great.

Maynard been impressive. Pity the rest of the team has played like wooden spooners.

He looks very Collingwood...:)

So many players totally unsighted today. Jones, Hunt, Garlett, Trac. Hard to win with such a massive lack of effort from so many of our better players.

Fortunately I couldn't watch the game live and I won't be watching the replay.

I am curious though on how Maynard is going, if anyone could provide some info it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sad Ethan, out.

Been very good. Slick hands, smart ball use, strong in the contest. Nice signs in what has been a midfield demolition.

Trac's workrate has been ok... but man he's not been in touch.

Its obvious as to the afl backed GWS are second for a reason.....but when will the MFC ever stand up to be counted??

Lets hope its not another missed opportunity...Lets hope the next 3 weeks the leaders in our club stand up & help steer the young group & play finals...Though not expecting to progress far into the finals as they are not ready but if they roll over the next 3 weeks it will be a step backwards & suffering continues for its members & supporters for over a decade!

He's battled away. Sadly for him he's symptomatic of our midfield problems. Contested inside players everywhere, but not enough skill and speed.

Nobody wants to admit it but we needed one of either Kelly or Scully.

Veteran Demonland Trackwatchers Kev Martin, Slartibartfast & Demon Wheels were on hand at Gosch's Paddock to kick off the official first training session for the 1st to 4th year players with a few elder statesmen in attendance as well. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Beautiful morning. Joy all round, they look like they want to be there.  21 in the squad. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
