I can't make my mind up on ANB. He's a mixed bag. Every time I think I'm a fan he does something VFLish.

Maybe the truth is somewhere in the middle.

We just know how to win the ball. The problem is conversion. We are so manic with the ball that we sometimes don't know what option to use. We flood our own forward line. They had 5 inside 50s for 4 shots. Each shot coming from transition or an error at how half forward.

We should be 8 goals up.

With sheer weight of numbers we should stroll this one in. But then I said that last week…and the week before too.

But we don't get value for our dominance should be 2 goal up at least

Kid is really improving and could eventually be quite handy. Give him a bit more time i reckon.

"Role player".  He's an average user of the ball which is being exacerbated by the wet.  Has been good up until this week.

Back 6 looking solid.

Hunt, Hibberd & Tmac on top with assistance from Mr Vince.

Hogan running under ball a few times.

Jones in everything but keep your feet son.

Cool hand Clarry has it on a string, bringing others into the game, clearance King.

Our gang tackling through the roof.

Viney kick quickly forward when you get a break... Hesitating a little too often and hand balling back to players under the pump or to no one. Looking close to his better form though. Just clean it up a little and go more direct when free instead of wide / backwards

Hows Hibberd btw?....

Has been excellent so far, especially considering how long he has been out.

Hibberd made the fatal mistake of hand balling to Melksham who turned it over.

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
