Yeah shoulder to shoulder.

Great hit by Pedo on the Wimp!!! Another reason why this bloke is in our best 22 right now

Pedersen is a beast. Sign the bloke up quick. We need him as an enforcer!

Keep going Dees!

Im hearing you. Bloody stuck watching the saints & swans (not a bad game)

Too easy, Tyson ???

Vince is doing a few weird and silly things tonight...

Is Hogan out there?

On the whole our in tight handball game is working a treat, even in these greasy conditions.  This is going amazingly well.  Can't take the foot off the pedal though!

To be honest we've even wasted a few too.

Pederson with a bump straight outta Compt...I mean 1980.

Absolutely doc, certainly wasn't taking anything away from us.  We've been sensational.  They have butchered the ball though and have made terrible errors going forward.

Score please?

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
