GAMEDAY - Round 10

Another goal due to Kent missing that shot on goal

This looks exactly like the Essendon and stkilda games, absolutely pathetic defensive efforts.

Oh look, Omac beaten again.

Absolutely useless.

Jones Kent and Viney all having shockers.

He will get a game until his brother signs.

Why the [censored] does Hogan go back after kicking a goal?

I dunno who in gods name is on Dixon with this garbage rolling defence, but put Tom McDonald on him and let him be an actual defender. It's a joke!

Demons!?!!!! So (self-censored) easy for them coast to coast.

Give me strength

Dean Kent's worse football is as bad as VFA standard. Disgraceful.

What an horrendous first half.

Positive is, we're playing like absolute [censored] and we're still very much in this game, if we switch on we'll get on top.

Will be another 2nd half turnaround.

and we kick long to 40 metres again and it rebounds.

Who would have thunk it. Hogan cannot outmark 2 opponents.

Seriuosly DUMB footy.

Kennedy one possession

Hard to believe that we're already at Round 10 and it's even harder to believe that the Demons are putting such a young team onto the field each week and yet still remain in finals contention.

The table below from what I believe was last week's round shows how young the team. With Nev Jetta and Dom Tyson coming into the team today, the average age might be slightly higher but it's good knowing that we have plenty of youth to come in and supplement the team - Angus Brayshaw, Clayton Oliver and Christian Salem for starters.

That's all good but our opponents have on average about three years in age and far more than double the numbers played over us. Can youth triumph over experience today?

at least we have our excuse for today's performance already lined up

Beg to differ....jones IS the only player trying his hardest

Absolute waste of a game to this club......players obviously incapable of switching on for NT games, absolute gift to Port Adelaide every time by the MFC.

Not today my friends. In fact it's gonna get very ugly after halftime.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

It’s late February. Two teams widely predicted to finish near the foot of the AFL table in 2026 face off against each other in sweltering 30-degree heat deep in outer suburbia in a match simulation with fresh new faces and uneven team numbers. There are no nearby sheep stations on offer; the result promises nothing more than bragging rights for the winner. Nevertheless, the loser appears hopelessly adrift, whereas the other seems to have found its footing after a couple of years of struggle – perhaps a hint at bigger things to come?
