Hunt, Wagner, Garland, Michie should all be under scrutiny.

Just happens that all four are defenders.

Omac,Lumumba are most likely.

ANB will come in for Vince.

I'll be dissapointd if Jetta goes. Hacing watched the replay o it, Bont comes up behind him and Jetts action is to shrug him off. Yeah he shrugs hard and contacts Bonts jaw with his elbow, but it is reasonable for Jetta to expect that opposing players don't come up and try and grab you from behind, which is what Bont did.

Thought Michie was quite good and ahead of Hunt and Wagner. Finally accept Garland is finished. Pederson also may well make way for Dawes. ANB must come in surely.

Garland finished? he's contracted until 2018...Dunn 2017....bet list management wish they had their time over again

The MRP will be well aware of that. They will do what they do each week for each incident: take into consideration all aspects of the clash, apply their expertise and, bearing in mind their high level of responsibility and duty to the game, spin the chooklotto wheel.

He looks down and out. No spark - not creative enough and can't match it with the talls and too slow for the smalls. Don't know where he fits in any more.

Pedo could get a week as well for a head high bump. If not, he shouldn't be dropped, after one poor one.

I thought Michie was solid and composed and certainly shouldn't be dropped on today's performance.

Out : Garland for Dunn, Harmes for ANB & Hunt for Lumumba

Jack T comes in if there is a suspension.  I'm assuming Kent will need more time out.

IMHO both Harmes & Bugg are both just dour, hardworking, tackling players who just don't give you enough decent possession so I would just play one of them and would definitely have ANB & JT ahead of both of them when all are match fit.

Todays showed us where we were at...

Now Roos and co please select the real team...too many of our players are getting games on form against teams like GC then dropping off when the real heat comes.

We can't afford to be playing Trengove at Casey any longer, he is in the top few players at the club, a real leader with AFL level skills, he's injury free and ready to go.

ANB has earned his place...

Out: Garland (hopefully never to be seen at AFL level again), Hunt, Vince (Susp)

In: Dunn, Lumumba, ANB

Dawes surely needs more game time after missing most of the pre-season. If Kent is fit, I would look at bringing him back too, but not convinced that Roos will make 4 changes. Fingers crossed Nev Jetta isn't rubbed out, because at the moment he is the only thing holding our backline together. I am confident every time he is at the contest.

Yes, but that's not necessarily as positive an observation as it might seem ... the knock on Michie is his contested play. He's rarely in the heat of the battle, thus, rarely puts himself under real pressure.  Consistently (well, the two games he's played ...) near/at the bottom of the contest possession count.

Doing enough? Not sure. I would probably take Newton or ANB over him based on Casey form. Then there's Trengove ...

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
