Was 'Handsome Magnum PI' more to your taste?

Well no... It was like one of those anachronisms!! EG The extra in Ben Hur wearing a wristwatch. I think you'll have to do some serious workshopping Ethan. Please note . I can supply authentic monk's and nun's habits ( albeit stained) and a large range of exotic paraphernalia . Workshop it - consider a range of advice and let me know. I'm thinking medieval as a rough guide.

so... who gets to eat the packet of crisps we got?

This is just a shocking deal. We did well to get 29 for Toump, but the rest of it is rubbish. Once again we trade with Collingwood and get shafted. It's seriously time to sack the recruiting department and bring in a few people with some vague idea of how to go about the job. First point would be NEVER TRADE WITH COLLINGWOOD!

The noise will be deafening when he tries a 35mtr pass into the middle and blows it after taking a screamer.

Then seventeen other Collingwood players just sigh and look at the coach and the final score....

I have a seven year old KK. Have you tried lying? I find it works a treat.

Mine never quite got over Jurrah leaving.

Well, Howe almost certainly cost us Prestia at the GCS. What a [censored].

Huh? He already stated he was going to play out the last year of his contract. What where we going to give GC? Howe and Pick 6 would not have been enough.

Toumpas contributed very little in the three years he was at The MFC.

Howe gave us a dozen good games and a lot of wonderful marks.

Neither of them were going to make a contribution that would get us into the eight in 2016 let alone the top four.

Kennedy has joined who knows if he will be any better but one thing is for certain.

If we kept using the same players the the results would not change.

I've been wondering about that 'Adam'.

If we want Prestia next year we will have to give up our 1st rnd pick plus some.

If he wants to come to us why don't we just do that deal now ie next year's 1st rnd pick plus whatever it takes.

We get him now pay for him later, sort of.

I have concluded either he isn't the one we are after or he hasn't decided to come to us.

Otherwise we coould do the deal now.

Yeah it would. 6 and 20 for Prestia is plenty. But I agree with you, he wasn't coming home this year. He's a loyal kid, he'll give it one more year.

I don't see Howe or Toumparsefreckle on the Demonland banner, so really, they were not rated by any of you armchair selectors; so who gives a kcuff. 2 bit hacks - no one is going to be talking about either of them next year. Next.....

Well. Well. The HS is reporting: "Howe will play for around $350,000 a year on a three-season deal".

That is even less than we were said to have offered him.

Such a come down from the $600+ his manager was touting!

So he will play for the AFL average salary (excluding rookies and draftees).

He has been bedazzled by the pizzazz that Eddie and co talk up.

Can't help but think Howie has made a big mistake going to the pies.

Anyway, he is gone: an average salary for an average player.

well i wouldn't have too much faith in the hun's quoted contract value

i'm sure whoever leaked it to the hun had their agenda

like every other figure that's been quoted by the media over the last couple of months including what we supposedly offered

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best.
