Croke Park is outstanding.

Definitely want to go to Wrigley Field.

Been there Davos

Ordinary IMO, a bit like going to see the dees at the MCG

Ordinary team does nothing to spice up the experience.

Been to Madison Square Gardens on a weekday.

Saw the Yankees play at the old Stadium just before the rebuilt it

Both experiences were awesome

MSG is more than a Sports Stadium. Some of the greatest Rock Bands have excelled in that arena...

....Never got to Highbury to see the Gunners.

I just realised WYL that thou hast been dubbed "Sir". Congratulations, but perhaps if Sir Phil hasn't sealed the PM's fate, your title surely will.

Went to Highbury to see the Gunners in 1997 as a guest of the club. Amazing experience!!!!. It was a Coca Cola Cup game - now the Carling Cup - against Coventry. While many of the stars did not play that night, I will never forget it.

Awesome Iva. I tried to go to Highbury in '93 but none of my mates would go!

They were not from the North. I did go past the Stadium. It was just part of the streetscape

The old London grounds were and some continue to be like that. In 2007, I attended an expo in Earls Court. Pre expo drinks were held at Craven Cottage. Quaint name, but that was English Football for generations.

Home of the Fulham Footy Club, the ground is like stepping back in time. Get off the tube at Putney Bridge Station and it's a short walk from there.

Ahhhh. Stampford Bridge is just up the road, so it may be a subliminal message to Chelsea Supporters. Good pick up DC.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
