Jay Kennedy Harris is a steal at pick 40

Dom Tyson is class and guts rolled into one

Dawes is very underrated

Beating a good side with Jones quiet is a massive positive

Our defence is in the top 6 in the comp and our two best defenders ( frawley and garland) aren't in it

I don't think you can canonize God XD

That win had Roos' fingerprints all over it.

And we won on the road.

And N Jones didn't have to be BOG.

Another great win in the white jumper... Dare I say we should change our jumper....

Ha ha

Told every one it was game over half way through the third, no idea why every one did not relax.... Ha ha

A gutsy road trip win, bloody outstanding.

This will give he boys a great morale and confidence boost, the wheels are slowly turning ...

Well done boys!!

I'm speechless. this will give our boys so much confidence for the future that they can start believing in their ability to strangle the opposition and win ugly. Who cares how we win? I'll take anything.

Soooo good.

Bloody brilliant win on the road and with the umps riding them home. Dawes & Jetta were immense, Vince and Cross in everything too and Tyson had a ripper.

How good will JKH be when he gets a few pre seasons under the belt.

Tyson will be a gun just needs to work on his kicking, Dawes is just a gun, Viney will be a gun as well. Grimes was great early on and solid all day. Bernie Vince, what can you say. Dunn is getting more and more consistent, so is Tommy Mac, Frawley had a bad day but was injured by the look of it. Terlich doesn't have great skills but I don't think I've seen a player with more courage.

Jack and Jeremy had much better games today and the whole team played well today.

I love beating the Crows, especially over there what a game and it's replayed at 2.30 tomorrow morning so the IQ is set.

You little beauty.

A poster (citydee) said in another thread that "we would win"

My response was "look I can c pigs flying"

Well I am happy to report "THE SKY IS FULL OF FLYING PIGS"

O the joy

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
