Anyone else have the footy live android app? Every suns goal and behind is described in detail but our goals and behinds are simply listed as who kicked them...

We're so bad no one gives a sh#t anymore!!

How many weeks for Sylvia?

2 weeks minimum.

Can we suspend the coach for a few weeks as well?

Seriously, WTF is wrong with this football team?

Sorry, let me rephrase... Seriously, WTF is actually right with this football team?

The hardest thing about watching this is that nobody seems to have a clue what exactly is broke and how to go about fixing it.

Their top 5 most experienced players are better (overall) than our top 5.

The most experienced in order of games played

1. Sylvia / Ablett

2. Jones N / Campbell Brown

3. Byrnes / Brennan

4. Frawley / Harbrow

5. Dunn / Murphy

Our bottom 6 wouldn't get a game elsewhere either IMO (in no particular order) ......

Spencer

Strauss

Nicholson

Bail

Sellar

McKenzie

We also have 6 players (versus their 2) who have less than 10 games under their belt....

Kent

Terlich

Viney

Jones M

Gawn

Evans

And we also have ..... Neeld and his amazing line/development coaches

Are you trying to justify this crap??

Geelong had 10 players with less than 50 games and beat Essendon.

There are none so blind as those who will not see. We are f*****d

Last quarter watched for the year coming up now for me

Melbourne are the worst team I have ever seen playing league footy

The media are going to tear this club apart this week.

So glad I am off to Ethiopia in 6 weeks to work for a year...can't come soon enough!

At least you will bedoing something useful which is more than I can say for this rabble

Melbourne don't want to play. 47 years following this team worst performance ever. As i write this Neeld is patting bottoms at 3/4 break. Something drastic got to happen regardless of the last quarter.

That could have been the straw that broke the camel's back ... for Sylvia. Has just been blazing away with his kicks, then goes and does that. Not a team player.

[censored] you to everyone involved in this club that has turned us into a rabble and made me hate football.

i am actually laughing we are that bad

lol

Anyone wanna guess what Neeldys saying to the players?

It's a very sad day

Im 48....& have never seen a more poor side to pull on jumper for the MFC!

Our skill level is beyond a joke!

Our game plan,,......who [censored] knows!

I would say that all peoplel involved in our recruiting & player development area should resign as this is criminal whats occcuring!

Neeld like it or not will pay the the price!

Just heard foxtel are going to replay last years grand final instead of showing our game against tigers SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD

  • POSTGAME: Hawthorn

Wayward kicking for goal, dump kicks inside 50 and some baffling umpiring all contributed to the Dees not getting out to an an early lead that may have impacted the result. At the end of the day the Demons were just not good enough and let the Hawks run away with their first win against the Demons in 7 years.

  • NON-MFC: Round 09

Round 9 kicks off out west with the Dockers hosting a Collingwood side resting several stars. Fremantle need to make a statement on their home deck after some disappointing form on the road, while the Magpies will be keen to maintain their Top 2 position. Friday night sees a must-win clash between two sides desperate to stay in touch with the eight. St Kilda have shown glimpses while Carlton are clinging to relevance after a flat start to the season. Saturday’s twilight game at Marvel pits the Bombers against a struggling Sydney outfit. Essendon can’t afford another close match against a lower-ranked side, while the Swans risk sliding down the ladder even further. Up in Darwin, the fourth-placed Suns will look to extend their stay in the top four. The Bulldogs have hit their stride with three big wins on the trot and will be very keen to consolidate on their momentum. The always fiery Showdown looms as pivotal for both clubs. Adelaide are eyeing a spot in the Top 4 with a win, while Port Adelaide’s season could slip away if they drop another game and fall further behind the pack. Sunday begins with a yawn fest between Richmond and West Coast. The Tigers need to bank the points to stay clear of the bottom two, while the Eagles are still chasing their first win of the year. The Giants face one of the league’s toughest road trips as they travel to GMHBA Stadium to face the Cats. With GWS at risk of a third straight loss, Geelong will be eager to consolidate their position inside the eight and start their climb up the ladder. The round wraps up with the top-of-the-table Lions heading to Ninja Stadium to take on the second-last Roos. The Lions should easily take care of the struggling Roos who might be powerless against the best in the comp. Who are you tipping and what are the best results for the Demons?
