What a great supporter he is!

Well, he did preface his remark with "this is going to get me into trouble." And to be fair, Melbourne 2012 was hardly a high.

You guys spend all your time bagging our list, our recruiting, our overall performance and then you think someone who says we were a big disappointment this year is stretching it?!

Fark.............rying out loud

I guess it's hard to acknowledge Jones, Clark or Howe when you are purely focused on the negative.

This supposed to be a team game and not individuals. we are not playing tennis.

Individual efforts shouldn't be recognized becuase they're not playing tennis?

Great observation.

Melbourne Football Club, rounds 1-23.

Probably a fair call. We plumbed the depths in so many ways from the death of Jimmy, to the Jurrah fiasco, the need to ditch a player/sponsor, the uncalled for false claims of racism against the coach, injuries, poor form, constant sniping from the media, the pathetic Brock McLean interview on Sheahan's own programme, the seemingly endless AFL tanking investigation while the same AFL refuses to look into the activities of other clubs on the same subject.

On the other hand, now that the season's over there's only one way to go and that's up.

Was asked to name his lowlight for the year.

Redleg I am not sure why you are so offended.

We were effectively the worst team in 2012 with one genuine win.

We acknowledge we have a poor list and we played what may be our worst football in 48 years.

Is he not just stating the obvious.

or did I miss something in our performances this year.

The Form of Tom $cully was far worse than our year Mike.

You just enjoy wearing shiny boots Mike.

A very ordinary journalist IMO

Sorry wyl I do not believe that is true.

Scully is one player

we are a whole team.

three quarters of our team played below AFL standard football all year.

The two things are not comparable.

Now you are being silly wyl.

Don't let your anger cloud your judgement.

My father told me a long time ago

Never act in anger.

Go for a walk then when you are clear act.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
