  1. Was just browsing the Lego Insiders site, and noticed they have digital wallpapers of Lego versions of Kozzy, Daisy and Checker (the latter two being our mascots of course) for 0 (zero) points. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but at least the relationship with Lego is active and worthy of support. You may need to register, certainly to download, but you might want to see them before you sign up. https://www.lego.com/en-au/insiders/rewards
  2. At face value of what has been reported, in what universe does an employer invite their employees WAGS to a meeting to discuss a "football (ie. business) program"?? Again at face value, there were three senior people conducting the meeting, yet none had the "strength of character" to stop the meeting going off track. Looks like we failed the character test at the first hurdle.
  3. Jack Watts in orange cap. I was scrolling thru AFL Photos looking for the original (its not there), but there are a coupla change room shots, but right at the end of the shoot.
  4. So, I just noticed that the AFL puts out their usual article titled: This week we learned ... ... before the last game of the round had even started ...?? Disrespectful to both clubs. Oh, and we learned we'd had a GUTFULL!!
  5. Why do I get the distinct impression that Dan Taylor's CV was used to create the Board's vacancy preferred criteria? Should I be so negative or suspicious? Might have been more astute to issue them separately avoiding the linkage.
  6. I'll be waiting for the first head clash after a non-rucked ball up hits the deck. A concussion (sadly) waiting to happen.
  7. I get nervous when its seemingly a walk-up start for Buckley now that most resting senior coaches with experience have averted their eyes when asked, and the recognised potential assistants are reluctant to put there hand up, being comfy in their status quo. Doesn't say a lot about our club, or does it say everything? 😏 ❤️💙
  8. afl.com.auEagles boost coaching group by luring Dees assistantThe Eagles have made further change to their coaching groupmelbournefc.com.auOfficial AFL Website of the Melbourne Football Club.
  9. Back to the actual topic ... My take on Judd is that he will stay, pending our new coach announcement. Any signing right now would give the media reason to claim Judd (and by extension other players) were unhappy with Goodwin or his game plan. Signing after our new coach announcement would show his support for the new coach and future of the club. Assuming he does sign!!
  10. Will be sitting with the happiness of the first 3 qtrs of last week in my back pocket while I watch in WA. The boys will be primed and ready and lets face it, if all the boys play to 80% of their ability, we will wipe the floor with their tattered feathers. Those smug fans of their's need to know they have a lot more wooden spoons to win over the next decade. Priority picks be damned! Go Dees, play for each other ❤️💙
  11. I would suggest Goodwin wears the psychologist hat as well as the coach's hat. Therein lies the dilemma.
  12. AFL Touch Football anyone??
  13. Deciding factor ... other club colours would never have suited Kozzie.
  14. umpiring is an absolute farce
  15. After the recent episodes of North and Dogs banning Cornes from contact, is it time for the AFL to remove Cornes from the All Australian selection committee? The potential confict is obvious and I don't expect him to recuse himself, his ego simply wouldn't allow it.
