I got some corporate tickets through work. Should be good to see Neita and Robbo again.

I'm also looking forward to seeing how large Pickett is these days demon_blink.gif

All I want is to see Neitz kick 1 goal, just 1 goal haha.

Seen him jogging around St Kilda a few times so surely there is still some fitness in the big fella!

Shaun Smith is always worth watching. Remember him playing in the VFL up until a few years ago and was still doing pretty special things. Very grey hair I might add. Do we count Smithy as a Demon?

Had a chat to him the other night, said he agreed to it in the summer when he felt fit and had been running, said the running has now died down and he's not looking forward to it...Told him he was in better shape than Kickett so had nothing to worry about

More a Demon than Pickett.

Agreed!

I am hoping the Neita dominates up forward. I reckon he will go alright. Few guys back there for the All Stars who have been out of the game for a while.

I saw Shaun Smith in a pub 2 weeks ago in the wee small hours while watching the World Cup bending his elbow, talking to a lovely lady, so that'd be his training regime sorted then.

So after all these years, Robbos been re-relegated to the Rookie list!

If Robbo isn't set up for a few grabs I'll be [censored]. He's still in good shape and is playing.

Could have been playing this year. ;)

And imo should have

And imo should have

Robbo should have kicked 2 in first 30 secs. Was unselfish and handballed to Modra in the goal square. Perhaps a tiger can change his stripes. Geez I would love some forward power...AND GUESS what...Neita got involved...geez i wish we kept either one of these blokes just to mentor these younger blokes...and then ! I had another idea...sack Josh Mahoney and get either...

Ps Robbo involved in another ..could have 3. Un selfish again. who wouldve thought..hahha

Can't believe we pushed a star like this into retirement when he still had more to offer the team. He's looked dangerous, and dare I say it, hungry. We should probably even look into re-drafting Byron Pickett.

yeh...he can help fatten up Wona while he guts through his injuries...what a beast!

But seriously, Neita would make a great mentor.

It was a little tongue and cheek in relaton to Robbo. I thought about how long it would take for the knives would come out. Thanks for accepting the invitation. ;)

Of course...he took the greatest mark ever (arguably) as a demon!

There's nothing stopping Neeta nor Robbo from involving themselves in our resurgence. Hope they do :)

3 biggest blowouts post football career.

1st = Long

2nd = Kickett

3rd = Pickett

(probably forgetting somebody)

Long in front only because he was so slight during his career where the other 2 were bigger frames to start with.

    CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

    The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

    I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

    Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
