Even discussion & debate of known facts or media reports can lead to finger pointing, blame & personal attacks.

    The repercussion is that these discussions can open this website, it’s owners & it’s users to legal action & may result in this website being forced to shutdown.

    Our moderating team are all volunteers & cannot moderate the forum 24/7 & as a consequence problematic content that contravenes our rules & standards may go unnoticed for some time before it can be removed.

6 - Hibberd - he was the only one getting the ball and 800+ metres gained. Would have been lost without him. 

5. - OMac - 10 1%ers, 2 contested marks. Could have had a dog day if Rohan started well but is really starting to become a rock. 

4. - Tyson - I thought that he was really one of our only winners through the midfield today and getting better each week. 

3 - Jetta - rock solid defence. 

2 - Tom Mc - 2 goals, went back when he needed to. I'm looking forward to Watts and Hogan back so he is back in the back line. 

1 - Viney - Fantastic early and we really dropped away once he was off. 

Special mention to Oliver who rectified his game in the second half again, Petracca who is coming along nicely, Vince who offered a little, and Frost who offered run from half back. They are all the players I felt deserved a mention.

6. OMac. His reading of the play and timing of when to impact a contest is improving exponentially. 

5. Jetta. Another briiliant understated game from Nev.

4. Hibberd. Could have got the 6 points but some of his kicking under little pressure in the first half killed what little momentum we could have had. However, he wasn't alone in this.

3. TMac. How important is this bloke now? 

2. Viney. Only half a game but he was winning so much grunt footy.

1. Hannan. Was often the only bloke lookong likely in the forward 50.

Tyson played a good game but his blind kicking out of defence, or blind long kicking into our forward 50 was really bad.

Petracca did some cameos, and looked likely at one point, but did not impact the game when it was in the balance.

    It's Game Day and the Demons once again open the round of football with their annual clash against Richmond on ANZAC Eve. The Tigers, coached by former Dees champion and Premiership assistant coach Adem Yze have a plethora of stars missing due to injury but beware the wounded Tiger.     There’s a touch of irony in the fact that Adem Yze played his first game for Melbourne in Round 13, 1995 against the club he now coaches.
