punch back for [censored] sake

Just [censored] unload

Same old story

Mid to forward connection abysmal. Long bombs ingrained

If someone told me May had money on pies tonight it would not surprise. Worst half of football he has played.

Love that we are really trying to play fast forward handball. It’s a shame that Viney and Trac dont know how to do it and Salem would prefer to ignore it.

Pickett is clearly lame and has been for 2-3 weeks.

I hope we keep having an crack and dont go home after half time.

Good work Harry. Has tried hard the last few weeks

Anyone that still thinks Petty is a forward can go to the Looney bin!

Seems Trac has lost a bit of competitive instinct. Hes not trying to be the best player out there, a thing all great players have. Still can be a good player in a good team. Maybe thats all he wants

The difference is simply our kicking into the forward line. Been the same issue for years now.

Exactly

How dumb are our players/coaches.

Anyone who has played any football would know how to kick to advantage.

Our players lead and they kicked it the other way to advantage of opponents.

Same $#@! For last 5 years

May is moving like sn old man. Not AFL fit

I don't know what they're saying on the TV but we're defending the ground well and moving the ball well but our stoppage work is atrocious. Jones needs to go.

And we need to stop turning it over so regularly across half back, but you can see we're making progress on this stuff.

we're not paying him to be a good player

over $1m a year means he needs to be a match winner

Fox Footy complaining about the Fritsch push. Yeah, that was the umpiring decision that had any influence.

Fox pandering to the big teams is undoing the value of not having to listen to BT.

I'm with most and think Max is the best player i have seen at Melbourne.

But are hit outs to advantage counted whether it goes to us or opposition ???

1/2 time

Pies 46-33 Dees

  1. Langdon tag on that filthy35 👏

  2. Gawn is a star 👏

  3. Clarry getting back to Clarry 👏

  4. Viney tackles 👏

  5. Langford is very good and bright future 👏

@binman

☠️killed at centre clearances 4-8

☠️tackles in fwd50 Zero

Other deeesasters

☠️Riv handball to no one

☠️Trac skill level

☠️Dees still kick up and under and high and high to fwd50

☠️kozzzy disinterested… hardly chasing

☠️umps … where’s 50 for Oliver… where is free to petty for Frampton punch … why 35fikth is flop and free

☠️Dees handballing is mostly wasted

☠️May has lost it … farewell Tmcd … Melksham looked cooked with a lazy left foot snap

What 3 weeks off uninjured is an excuse !!

Checked out

Should have gone on holidays with goody, never to return

Petty...Pickett....Sparrow and Rivers need to decide they want to help.

That simple.

Petty started on fire then wasn't sighted.

KP hasnt started.

Rivers is turning it over.

And Sparrow needs to leave.

There are times where I think Max needs to just thump it as far forward as possible.

he just isn’t that anymore is he. Maybe he gets it back or maybe he’s just a different player now. Hard to watch him.

What’s Sparrow’s 1 Wood? Getting caught in no mans lands?

Go on then @monoccular explain to me what he’s good at?

5 Disposals to half time.

Langdon has had more as a negating tagger.

He's been very disappointing for that money.

You ask for it you put yourself in the spotlight.

trade or delist, he offers nothing that can’t be covered by others and has little to no influence on any game.

Pretty sure the 5 goals and 8 marks in the 1st qtr last week on Gunston was worse but i get yr point.

The difference between our players best and worst has to be the widest in the whole competition

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
