Congratulations to Jack Viney on 200 games bleeding Red & Blue for the Demons.

From arriving at a club in crisis to raging like a bull to help lead us to a flag.

A true club champion & the player you want right beside you in the trenches.

Jack’s heart beats true ❤️💙

Here’s to 100 more Vines 🔴🔵😈

Tough, Courageous, Loyal, most importantly a Premiership Player.

Congratulations Jack. Onwards to 250 and above in the  🔴🔵

Congratulations Jack. Had the great pleasure of attending games at the ‘G and seeing your Dad play and later captain the side. Not so much of your good self. Living in the periphery at Darwin. But l do strongly recall the first time at Marrara probably in your first season. One committed, courageous act intercepting an opposition pass with fierce determination. Where angels fear to tread. Another chip off the Viney block. Fast forward to September 2021 Preliminary Final in Perth. Max put on the show but IMM you were best on the ground. When complimented at training later in the campaign you were not only appreciative but humble to boot. Long May You Run.

Not many tougher players in the game's history. Love your work, Jack. Grew up in the 1990s Dees changerooms, drafted at our lowest ebb, willed us back to competitiveness, and reached the summit in 2021. Yet still seems to be getting better somehow. Hope he plays forever.

He wasn’t too bad in The Grand Final either!❤️

Jack has well and truly lived up to the early hype placed on him. Unlucky not to have an AA blazer and has all the other accolades. Hopefully he can get to 300!

You can add me to the "Jack Viney made me cry" thread - one or two tears after watching that. I know Jack will play his 200th the same as his first 199 - there is just no other way.

Jack should have got an AA Jacket in ‘21 for just his Grand Final performance alone. He was the extractor during “Bang x4”

Absolute legend of the MFC since day one... and is still in his prime

Leads by example and improves every season❤️💙

One of my favourite players, because he plays like we all think we can play but have no hope in hell in even coming close in replicating.

The most courageous, hardworking and toughest player to don a guernsey in the modern era. Was one very few players to have pulled us out of the darkest era of history and build the standards that won us our first flag in over half a century.

Thank you Jack and congratulations!

Congratulations on 200 games. Go Get em Jack.

Every other opposition fan would take him in their team in a heartbeat.

Jack has given us so many memorable moments already and like Goody said today, he has helped shape the club to what it is now.

The most mentally tough player i can think of. We would not be here and won a flag without him

A Melbourne Legend

One of the first to turn our club around in terms of demanding greatness, and then leading by example.
A true red and blue icon from birth.

Well done on 200 ruthless games. I’ve never seen a player who is more determined to win and gives absolutely everything they have every second of every game. Jack doesn’t know the meaning of not going at 110% and we are lucky to have him lead our club.

An amazing player first and foremost. Then a leader, he and Gawn are yin and yang I feel.

Great story.

And those Ch7 intros are all they are good at with the footy. The night is downhill from then on.

I've been critical of Jack at times over the journey, but there is no doubting his vital importance in turning our club around by driving standards and competitiveness.

Congrats on 200, Jack. Let's hope he gets another flag or two.

Some people are very good at ‘talking the walk’. Others like Jack, just ‘walk the talk’. Well done mate.
