It does seem precautionary. However, that foot is going to be a big target for Filth attention and deliberate injury.

As will Cox's codss

My professional suggestion is that all our key players spent the next 8 days lying down. Nothing could go wrong if they just stop moving so much trying to exist!

Last time is was told to lie down i woke up with five kids

Look I did say straight after the game that he should not walk, run or do any sort of movement at all and tjat even the slightest breeze needed to be avoided.

Prevention is better than cure!

PPS: What is ‘Fishy’?

What is Fishy? 😱

Only the Fish Creek Football Netball Club. Won the second most number of senior premierships of any Aussie Rules football club in Australia (behind Port Adelaide Magpies).

Hopefully we can add #37 to go with #14 for the Dees in a few weeks time.

If I had to choose only one it would be the Dees, but only just.

I remember this; kicked 9, and missed a sitter out of the solar system on the full, against the martians.

Perhaps I dreamt it and it was only 8

Would Fritsch need to use more product or less product to keep his hair in place on the moon? I feel like the lack of gravity would prove problematic.

Who's likely to meet them in the granny Demon Disciple?

there is a lack of atmosphere not gravity. gravity is there but less than on earth

bayley would provide a great substitute for atmosphere, but

and with no atmosphere his hair wouldn't have a single strand out of place

He visited his mum on Monday and definitely wasn’t wearing one. As she said, he was “going about his life in the usual way” as on any other day off.
Sorry @Jaded No More… I told her to tell him to lie down and do nothing until next Thursday as per your request but unfortunately his five dogs ain’t having a bar of it. 😁

Pauline said maybe the media is getting him confused with her… she’s on crutches with a broken leg. 😂

FIVE DOGS?

This makes me nervous. Remember that time Petracca broke his toe tripping over his dog while playing basketball?

Or the OTHER time his dog bit him and he nearly lost a finger?

Or that time Stephen Tingay walked through a glass door... Ok that one had nothing to do with dogs. 😂

1/6th of rthe Earth's gravity if I'm not mistaken DC?

Enjoy the ‘less stressful’ days while you can.

Anyways, I’ve only got 3 more days as Fishy are playing in the 2nd Semi this Saturday. Win and we’re straight through to the granny.

Where's the game DD?

Science has confirmed that Fritsch's hair is the universal constant of physics. Observing it is the only known way to gather information about the contents of a black hole. Just Google 'Black Hole Fine Hair'.

I bet your kids also cut sick at you for using this word. 🙃

Actually after I told my 11 year old daughter what it means, she said it was ‘slay’. 😂

I'm 10mins from Fish Creek and Foster,  but never been to a local game. I live next door to the Foster fc President and he'd eat our pet sheep if I started following Fishy. Didn't realise how successful the club has been, that's super impressive for a town of 800!

Such a beautiful part of the world too. I know, because we overlook it 😁

Apologies for reverting back to the topic thread: are there any facts emerging about the status and prognosis of Bailey’s foot?

  • REPORT: Richmond

The fans who turned up to the MCG for Melbourne’s Anzac Day Eve clash against Richmond would have been disappointed if they turned up to see a great spectacle. As much as this was a night for the 71,635 in attendance to commemorate heroes of the nation’s past wars, it was also a time for the Melbourne Football Club to consolidate upon its first win after a horrific start to the 2025 season. On this basis, despite the fact that it was an uninspiring and dour struggle for most of its 100 minutes, the night will be one for the fans to remember. They certainly got value out of the pre match activity honouring those who fought for their country. The MCG and the lights of the city as backdrop was made for nights such as these and, in my view, we received a more inspirational ceremony of Anzac culture than others both here and elsewhere around the country.

  • CASEY: Richmond

The match up of teams competing in our great Aussie game at its second highest level is a rarity for a work day Thursday morning but the blustery conditions that met the players at a windswept Casey Fields was something far more commonplace. They turned the opening stanza between the Casey Demons and a somewhat depleted Richmond VFL into a mess of fumbling unforced errors, spilt marks and wasted opportunities for both sides but they did set up a significant win for the home team which is exactly what transpired on this Anzac Day round opener. Casey opened up strong against the breeze with the first goal to Aidan Johnson, the Tigers quickly responded and the game degenerated into a defensive slog and the teams were level when the first siren sounded.
