that 50 to the Giants scares me. The Saints guys is meant to hear Stand from the ump from 30m away with a big loud crowd.

that should never be a 50. change the rule now

Narrative on 7 now changed to how brave the Saints have been. Spare me, they have been [censored].

The Saints have been boring and wont be missed but I won’t trash talk their finals exit until we beat the blues and save ourselves from another straight sets exit 😬

You just know that 90% of those GWS supporters in the crowd must be player family members.

Even the cheer squad has a sign that reads ‘I’m definitely not an AFL employee’.

on a positive note - how good is it not be seeing those greased up fool in blue and white hoops play this weekend?

not to mention hawks, WC, bombers etc

When in Melbourne they book the broom cupboard at the Mountain View Hotel for after game functions.

He’s a gun. He’s absolutely massive too. He’s only going to keep getting better.

Shocker of a 1st finals week.

Coll and Blues winning by a kick  GWS looking dangerous Bedford kicking goals  WTF

All i need now is for Lions to win.

That #&@%## McRae can wipe that smerk off his face. Pies obviously had a plan to get one of our mids.

Result? Brayshaw obliterated and JVR suspended.

Maynard?  Tuesday He gets weeks.  Thursday  50/50 he gets off on appeal assuming hes suspended. It was all just an unfortunate misunderstanding.  Water under the bridge.  0 weeks.

It's amazing how many have forgotten that we didn't let him go. We offered a three tear contract and Toby asked to be traded because he believed he could not break into our side. GWS contacted Tobys management and asked to meet when they knew Hill was leaving.

GWS have some genuine A graders.  They are a very good team.  Kingsley has done a fantastic job.  Whoever they get next week will know they have played a game.

You aren't paying enough attention Dub...

Chandler's game against Willy was pretty decent i thought.  Will probably need to kick the door down to get another look though me thinks after his very ordinary first up performance in Rnd 9 vs the Blues last season.

I liked Bedford's first up game this year.  Looked more switched on to the high end tempo of AFL and brought some serious pace and reasonable finish at the highest level.  However, he pretty much only played half a match so would need to see a chunk more and playing a large part of a match before being convinced he is ready.

Laurie i haven't seen enough of of late at VFL level to say.

If i had to pick one who is more ready out of the three i'd probably say Bedford but not with a high degree of confidence.

Has shown signs of brilliance in some of his games and hasn't had a real run at it given he's later in the pecking order behind Spargo & Kozzie.

Some of his ground ball gets under pressure are as clean as i've seen.  Same goes for the finish.  This bloke knows where the goals are and is pretty accurate on conversion.  Bit of a rarity nowadays.

A good back up for Kozzie in my view and an up and coming option if we need to go with three smalls depending on match ups.

BUGGER OFF BOMBERS...NO TRADE!!

It will all depend on what they give him, if he gets two he can fight and win but if they give him the four or five that's being talked about there is no way he gets off on appeal. PS if he only gets the two it was prearranged anyway.

Bedford played exactly as we thought we would.   Pace.  Pressure. Goalscoring. After being sub for 8-9 games and dropped , he wanted to be given a chance. Goodwin and others seriously got this one wrong imv.  He always looked like a player.  This is not hindsight.  We called it out over the past 3 years when he was on our list.
