Fritta… ankle. Not good

FFS, let's just forfeit the season, regroup and recruit a frigging KPF.

Isn’t everyone thrilled that we sell this game so that 800 people can see it in Alice Springs?

It sucks.

I know it's wet but FFS

Another game where we are simply not making the most of our plentiful opportunities. So infuriating.
Petracca with simple goal kicking just letting us down time and time again. For such a talented player, it’s inexplicable.

Going to be a hard slog all day. Hard to watch but we're winning alot of the contest atm so just need to be more clinical infront of goals

9 years in the system and sometimes it feels he is getting worse, really a shame.

I mean it's not a broken ankle obviously? A sprain?

could be ligament damage......

From most accurate team to least accurate team. It’s become a problem now and is costing us games. Need to bloody convert lads!

Don't we always

If Trac can’t convert then he should be kept away from the forward line, not spend more time there haha

He’s just a bit awkward with everything he does, rarely takes the ball cleanly and takes too long to be able to dispose of the ball.

She just said she’s not sure. Seems it must be bad because he didn’t want to talk much. She’ll update me and I’ll pass on whatever she tells me.

You would think Petracca would learn that dropping the footy from shoulder height will lead to inaccurate kicking. We teach the under 10s a low ball drop so I dunno how he has missed the message?!

The Demon stalwart surpassed the number of his father's appearances for the club towards the end of the season. As he approaches his thirties, his pace is inevitably slowing, and he is likely to explore alternative opportunities beyond the team's midfield.

“Disco” took his time (four seasons) but the mid-season draftee has been a shining light of Melbourne's campaign, improving to become a versatile option at either end of the ground. He has great marking skills which allows him to play as a marking target up forward or an intercepting defender down back.

The skipper delivered another outstanding season, leading the team from the front, participating in every game, and earning club champion honours, while also securing an equal record eighth All-Australian blazer as a ruckman.  Max Gawn is arguably the greatest exponent of ruck skills in the history of the game; an exceptional leader who has guided the club to a premiership, through the challenging times that followed, and now into the next phase of its storied history.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #12 Koltyn Tholstrup

It was a frustrating season for the former number 13 draft selection, who failed to build momentum in his second campaign; Tholstrup played only nine games, having been omitted twice and substituted out three times. However, he demonstrated promising signs in the midfield at Casey towards the end of the season, and big things are anticipated from him in the coming years.
