Chandler, TMac, Brayshaw are not performing at the required level. I'd risk to say they are not in our best 23.

So we finally win a clearance ...the ball is dumped out of the middle with seconds to go yet not one tall or medium forward is sitting in the hole at HF!!??????????????????????????????

Trash. This entire game needs to get in the [censored] bin.

Maybe time to step away from the game and computer.

We won that quarter.

Make no mistake. They are only in front because structurally we are missing our 2 most important players. Max’s injury really deflated the team, but they fought back that quarter. We are such a tough team.

This next half is going to show how strong our character is. Everything that could’ve went wrong did.

Forget about that first half & come out strong.

I think everyone of Oliver's kicks have gone straight to a lions player.

Harmes needs to loft but he's certainly not alone.

Bbb trying and doing very well.

Jv isn't fit.

Come on Tmac show some leadership.

Why ask Viney about Max. Why not just stick a knife in his heart.i.

I expect the skip to motivate the boys at HT. He doesn't want to dampen their fighting spirit.

So many fumbles, no control at all, a couple of players a pass and that’s about it. Very lucky to be this close.

Boy, Viney was [censored] in that little interview.

Our blokes are playing bruise free, jumping at shadows tonight

Not having a tall HF sitting in the hole for the center bounce 666 is unforgivable

We CAN win this. We have played like trash and are still within 20, and even won that quarter. If we come out with the right mentality, firing and give these bogans NOTHING.

Not trying to make an excuse but I am just wondering how much the hard surface of the ground is not being handled well by us. A surface that they would not have trained on or played on. We seem to be missing / not picking up the bounce of the ball

What a disgraceful comment. Footy involves 2 teams. Sometimes, believe it or not, you get beaten. Check yourself before you comment next time.

Agreed …Grundy has def had the better of Oscar …a lot of our players are flat …as I am seeing Gawn but let’s see how they come out after half time before some very average comments from so called Melb supporters

Stop fumbling, stick tackles and outwork them…

That’s probably it actually.

They are because our depth is a mirage but they aren’t good players.

Chandler is meh.

T Mc is just hot and cold and the ruck isn’t helping.

Gus is Gus. Probably a decent mid or tagger. An ok winger. A fraud at a half back against good supply, just wants to drop off all day long

Last week Brisbane led Port Adelaide by 12 points. They lost by 54 points in the end. Just an observation.

I haven’t given up this game.

Don't be coming in here with that sensible talk.

It's half time and we're 20 points down. It's the absolute WORST. 😜

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
