Who to go for, boy o boy o boy. Carlton by a point because I hate the Dogs, Pies by a point because I hate the Blues. But I hate the Pies as well.

St Kilda kick a goal every time I look in the direction of the MCG. The TV isn't over there though, will take one for the company.

Blues have this in the bag...pun intended.

Now we need the Saints to boost a few more.

you were saying?

Wow unreal goal. What a game

Miracle goal McCreery. Pies are going to win this

What a goal from McReary!!! Surely Carlton can't s the bed two weeks in a row.

You'd be so nervous as a Blues fan right now.

I actually thought last 5 min the Saints kept trying, could have had another goal, Hannebery actually playing makes a difference through the middle, expensive cameo though. If they had Ryder would be game on.

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
