Have tickets been released for the MCG date?

Bookings will be required for the Australian Sports Museum leg of the tour, and will open on Monday 8 November, as well as for Bunjil Place. All other locations will be available for people to access on a walk-up basis.

Bunjli Place is next to Fountain Gate Narre Warren.
Part of the City of Casey and probably easier for some down there to get to than Casey Fields.

Thanks DW; quite right and, re access, I guess so. I presume our Casey fan base will see it this way. Up at the 'city end', 15ks from 'The Fields', and so further for this southsider!😏

Have to say it.

As much as this is a fantastic initiative by the club (and i'll be at the G on Dec 5) I must admit it's a bit annoying that the North & West suburbs weren't factored in to the equation for venues.

Whilst we aren't in the traditional heartland, there are a considerable number of existing Dees fans and judging by the Auskick levels, an increase in the younger fanbase as well.

Would have been great to have something say at the AFL Store Highpoint .

I am happy to drive with my Dad almost anywhere to get a photo of myself and him holding up the Melbourne Football Club's 13th Premiership Cup.

All I ask is that hopefully we can temporarily take off our masks when getting a photo? If that is allowable?

It will also be quite difficult to see with the amount of tears of joy in my eyes. This is definitely a memory worth taking a photo of. I just hope I am not too much of a blubbering mess. 😭We have all ridden the ups and downs of almost merging, disappointment, humiliating defeats and frustrating seasons. However, this event has been 57 years in the making! Our first flag since 1964! Now is the time to celebrate our Premiership triumph!

GO DEMONS!!!

Well reasoned, 13th. Get on to the club? I was feeling like you when I posted above.

It mentions an interstate tour early next year.

I hope it bloody comes to Qld.

Hopefully the boys come up to Mooloolaba for early season training and show off the cup then.

Fingers crossed.

Shepparton the closest to NE. Wangaratta or Wodonga could be included in the trip to Sydney?

Meanwhile I hope to get to the G on the 5th with a big weekend with the mates who have been attending for 40 years.

i did suggest the club try and establish some alliances with restaurants in the city to distribute the crowds around the city.

for the mcg day i expect only double vaxxed will be allowed in

but what about kids under 12?

i've got 2 grandkids, both members who can't be vaxxed yet who are dying to go

They would have to let them in. I have a daughter under 12 as well in the same position.

Got me thinking how would they prove it anyway? My daughter doesn't have a phone to show a vaccine passport even if she could get the jab.

    BLOODY BLUES by Meggs

The conclusion to Narrm’s home and away season was the inevitable let down by the bloody Blues  who meekly capitulated to the Bombers.   The 2024 season fixture handicapped the Demons chances from the get-go with Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Essendon advantaged with enough gimme games to ensure a tough road to the finals, especially after a slew of early season injuries to star players cost wins and percentage.     As we strode confidently through the gates of Prin

2024 Player Reviews: #5 Christian Petracca

Melbourne’s most important player who dominated the first half of the season until his untimely injury in the Kings Birthday clash put an end to his season. At the time, he was on his way to many personal honours and the club in strong finals contention. When the season did end for Melbourne and Petracca was slowly recovering, he was engulfed in controversy about a possible move of clubs amid claims about his treatment by the club in the immediate aftermath of his injury. LIVE AND LET DIE by Meggs

The Demons’ impressive late season charge to finals will most likely come unstuck this Saturday evening when the Bombers blow up the also-ran Blues in the Ikon Park double-header.   To mangle McCartney, what does it matter to ya? To have any chance to play next week Narrm has got a job to do and needs to do it well.  We’ve got to give the Pie sheilas hell, say live and let die! It’s Indigenous Round for this game and the chance to celebrate and engage with Aboriginal and Torres

It remains to be seen whether Simon Goodwin will persevere with him in attack or return him to the backline where he was an important cog in the club’s 2021 premiership success.
