Just at 10am, a small number of the Mark Knight Premium Edition posters was made available to the general public at the Herald Sun Shop.

Great if you weren’t able to get the Melbourne members priority allocation or already purchased the foil print.

Good work, the allocation just sold out!

Wow this years auction like interesting. Bid for the right to take the cup to work with you for a day.

Signed memorabilia and merchandise from the 2021 season will headline the auction’s offerings, while opportunities like taking the Premiership Cup to work for a day are set to be hugely popular among the Melbourne faithful.

Shiraz is my preferred drop, and Bleasdale is always very good.  This one will taste like Grange!

Ordered half a doz this morning

I’m getting really disheartened coming home. I see a package with my name on it and it’s just some junk I ordered on eBay and forgot about. There was one I thought was it, but it was just some bathers I ordered, not the premiers t-shirts I’d hoped for. I still haven’t received one thing. Not the posters or the stuff I ordered in the first night that now says “shipped.” Unless someone is stealing from my front door, I haven’t received a single thing. Is this normal? 😢

I ordered a whole heap too only a day or two after the game and nothing has arrived as yet

for those who bought  the framed  signed jumper

got an email saying

Your guernsey is currently being transported back to the manufacturers for sewing, at which point it will be returned to us to frame, pack and deliver. We currently anticipate despatch occurring from late-November to early-December.

There is an earlier post asking if are only getting half a guernsey. Not sure but i am assuming they will sew the backs on. (Not happy if its half )

Be patient on the other stuff your   waiting for. Hoping to get my hat Friday coming from Devonport?

trying to organize and ship  product in Covid is very difficult

Another 'book' has been listed I see:

Not sure how closely they proof read the blurb though:

"At Last! uses stunning images from AFL Media’s photographers to tell the story of their 2019 AFL Premiership triumph."

Looks like they copy-pasted the blurb from the Richmond 2019 version!

https://www.qbd.com.au/tiger-triumph-the-pictorial-history-of-richmonds-2019-premiership/peter-di-sisto/9781743796368/
Tiger Triumph: The Pictorial History of Richmond's 2019 Premiership uses stunning images from AFL Media’s photographers to tell the story of their 2019 AFL Premiership triumph.

Tracking the highs, lows and thrilling conclusion to the winning team’s dream run to the Premiership dais, Tiger Triumph captures the defining moments of the season, from the first ragged sprints of pre-season training to the giddy highs of a remarkable finals series —all culminating in the colour and pageantry of the one day great in September.

Australia Post has basically ground to a halt the last month or so. I ordered a birthday gift for my wife on September 10 and ordered express post so it should have got here by the 14th at the latest - still hasn't been received.

It's a postage thing and not the club so just be patient, it will be worth the wait!

Yes but it was before this Australian post debacle

It wasn't, read my post. Australia Post was already running weeks behind in early September. They then said they would stop collecting packages for 5 days but the service was already weeks delayed.

Yep I’ve got stuff I ordered over a month ago that’s still sitting as “delayed” with Australia Post. Absolutely useless.

There was something about shipping goods being delayed, in the Herald Sun last week.

It mentioned that orders would be delayed until Nov, because of how much stuff eveybody is ordering online.

Sorry that's all i can remember, was is GF mode when reading about it.

So i guess it's going to be a while before we can enjoy all our GF merch.

I miss being able to go to a store, buying comming home and enjoying it th same day😪

I got a package I ordered two days after the grand final. Ridiculous

Was it through AusPost or another provider like Toll?

  • NON-MFC: Round 12

Round 12 kicks off with the Brisbane hosting Essendon at the Gabba as the Lions aim to solidify their top-two position against an injury-hit Bombers side seeking to maintain momentum after a win over Richmond. On Friday night it's a blockbuster at the G as the Magpies look to extend their top of the table winning streak while the Hawks strive to bounce back from a couple of recent defeats and stay in contention for the Top 4. On Saturday the Suns, buoyed by 3 wins on the trot, face the Dockers in a clash crucial for both teams' aspirations this season. The Suns want to solidify their Top 4 standing whilst the Dockers will be desperate to break into the 8.

  • PREVIEW: St. Kilda

The media has performed a complete reversal in its coverage of the Melbourne Football Club over the past month and a half. Having endured intense criticism from all quarters in the press, which continually identified new avenues for scrutiny of every aspect, both on and off the field, and prematurely speculated about the departures of coaches, players, officials, and various employees from a club that lost its first five matches and appeared out of finals contention, the narrative has suddenly shifted to one of unbridled optimism.  The Demons have won five of their last six matches, positioning themselves just one game (and a considerable amount of percentage) outside the top eight at the halfway mark of the season. They still trail the primary contenders and remain far from assured of a finals berth.

  • REPORT: Sydney

A few weeks ago, I visited a fellow Melbourne Football Club supporter in hospital, and our conversation inevitably shifted from his health diagnosis to the well-being of our football team. Like him, Melbourne had faced challenges in recent months, but an intervention - in his case, surgery, and in the team's case, a change in game style - had brought about much improvement.  The team's professionals had altered its game style from a pedestrian and slow-moving approach, which yielded an average of merely 60 points for five winless games, to a faster and more direct style. This shift led to three consecutive wins and a strong competitive effort in the fourth game, albeit with a tired finish against Hawthorn, a strong premiership contender.  As we discussed our team's recent health improvement, I shared my observations on the changes within the team, including the refreshed style, the introduction of new young talent, such as rising stars Caleb Windsor, Harvey Langford, and Xavier Lindsay, and the rebranding of Kozzy Pickett from a small forward to a midfield machine who can still get among the goals. I also highlighted the dominance of captain Max Gawn in the ruck and the resurgence in form in a big way of midfield superstars Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver.

The Demons controlled the contest from the outset, though inaccurate kicking kept the Swans in the game until half time. But after the break, Melbourne put on the jets and blew Sydney away and the demolition job was complete.
