BDA 23,048 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 I enjoy seeing the Eagles fans losing their minds. I hope they get beaten. 2 1 Quote
leave it to deever 17,615 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Congrats to Joel Selwoid this round. Has knotched up his 30th free kick for the year.??☹ Quote
BDA 23,048 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 I'm not going to shout for Essendon rather i'm going to shout against the Eagles. Conscience clear. 3 2 Quote

Grouse 207 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Suns hawks game. Terrible to watch. Skills really bad. Frosty playing better than normal. Quote
ANG13 2,110 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 What’s the bet a dodgy free kick or non decision decides this game? Quote
Adam The God 30,721 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Pity about Essendon. I really want Merrett in our line up. We won't get him now. The Eagles are undermanned and lack spark, but Essendon are very impressive. Handy win in the context of the ladder for us though. West Coast's top 4 hopes look shot. 2 Quote
Rab D Nesbitt 8,952 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Well, it looks like we won't be going to Perth for a final and if we can get the job done next Friday we'll be unlikely to have to go to Brisbane. 3 Quote
Maldonboy38 6,435 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 I hate Essendon, but I have to admire how Rutten has got them playing. 1 Quote
titan_uranus 25,253 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 West Coast is going to lose to Essendon. That will put us 4 games clear of the Eagles at the halfway mark of the season. Huge. Meanwhile Essendon will be 5-6 with a percentage over 100%, and (COVID aside) they're only scheduled to travel once more this year. Quote
layzie 34,528 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 It's the classic annoying big Victorian club going over there and doing it against the odds story. Sod off! 1 Quote

Jaded No More 68,976 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 It’s good for us that Essendon won. They look good. 2 Quote
dees189227 12,509 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 I was watching the other game and followed the scores in the corner of the screen. Can someone tell me what the hell happened to west coast? At one stage they were 29 points up. They were stuck on 71 practically all quarter. Now thanks to west coast the bummers are in 8th spot and have got there supporters up and about again. And the media talking about how good there kids are. Thanks a lot, the past few years have been enjoyable because they've been so bad. Quote

Thanks a lot, the past few years have been enjoyable because they've been so bad. Tim Kelly got injured and sat out the second half. So not only were they down a rotation, they were down their best current mid. Essendon should have capitalised in the first half on their forward half dominance though. They deserved their win. Quote

They lost Kelly early in the 2nd and Allen after half time. One less rotation for a half of footy they just looked gassed 1 Quote

DubDee 26,673 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 I hate Essendon but they deserved the win. Much hungrier. WC soft as. it’s good for us. WC very unlikely top 4 now 2 1 Quote
