The umpiring is appalling.

But we're still our own worst enemies.

The ball was largely in our forward half that quarter but we kicked 1.3.

Kudos to Oliver for improving his game from last week. Bursting from stoppages, breaking free from tackles, it's been a really important step in the right direction.

Lever and May have been huge.

So many passengers though.

Lever, May, Viney and Oliver are playing well, just need the others to lift their games.

Brereton talking about respecting opponents.

Raydon Tallis says hi. (Brereton stood on his head in a reserves match.)

Oliver, May and Viney playing well. Hibberd and Lever playing ok the rest have to improve.

May and Lever really shone in that quarter. Gus also has lifted. Melksham conspicuous by his absence - again. Oliver and Viney very good.

Yep, at least the effort seemed to be there in the 3rd by a group of them.

The umpires have to be taking the [censored].

Yet the Adelaide fans have still got the effrontery to complain about umpiring. Almost all the high contact frees to Adelaide have resulted from ducking the head.

Umpiring standards are a blight on the game

Ducking or incidental high contact - some common sense please.

This is a joke and not a word from the commentary. Eddie would have popped a vein if this was against Collingwood.

Nicks’ message at break

duck into tackles

I’ve 43, I’ve never done this before but have muted the tv...
