I've just been particularly focussed on Bennell this game. Yep. He is not going in hard. No idea if that’s a trait or just a fear of getting injured due to history. But really he isn’t there for his tackling. He is there for his ball use. He will force opposition errors because he’s fast and a scary proposition.

The two late goals they got in the second were disappointing though, both caused by too many defenders at the contest (May spoiling Lever the first time). At quarter time I was calling for Brayshaws head but the first two clearances and an intercept mark that quarter puts him in the good books. He’s still a jekkly and hide for me. Ive always been a AVB fan but not sure what he’s bringing right now. Couple uncontested turnovers aren’t helping him. Hoping for a big second half
