Little Goffy 14,964 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 Pre-game, the AFL website clearly saw something they liked about our Weideman.
rolling fog 1,208 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 Cue the trade-in May vs. pick King comparisons
CHF 2,825 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 Selection still bothers me.... we should have brought in Sparrow to run with Swallow..... (tongue in cheek) 2
layzie 34,528 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 I really want to see Langdon stop and prop to assess his options today. Brad Hill is someone who does this well and when you have that acceleration you don't need to just run off the moment you get the pill.

McQueen 17,867 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 Tmac to toe a behind for a 4th qtr last play victory that catapults our season!

Because other than his ball use, I’ve loved his run and spread and his speed on the wing. But he lets himself down with execution and decision making time and time again. Melksham needs a big game today if he wants to retain his spot. When he plays well we play well forward of the Centre so fingers crossed he can pull a finger out today. 1
Skuit 10,031 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 I'll preface this by saying yes, I know, all that stuff since 1964 and over the past 18 months. But even before the media pile-on I detected something different in the players as they walked from the field after our last match, heads hanging lower than usual, and then also in the post-match presser with Goody. They are frustrated with themselves. Relocating operations interstate is undoubtedly difficult, but I think this week is a character test. Line in the sand stuff. If they don't come out firing then I'm not sure what hope we have.
DubDee 26,676 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 Carn the Demons!! Big games expected from Viney, Oliver and Melksham
Demonland 74,440 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 I miss watching the set shot kicks for goal before a game while I eat a four n twenty pie. 2

We need to be at peak mentality at all times. 4

Demon Dynasty 17,165 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 Can we assess, hold up when needed, look around and pick the right options. Then hit them up particularly up forward? Do we play that ridiculous front half zone tonight as per the Cats and last year against the Tigers? Hopefully that's well behind us and we bring the pressure intensity on our oppenent through the corridor. Can the Weid take a few grabs, get involved and hit the scoreboard? How does Harley go? Do Salem and Melk finally show "SOMETHING"!?? Good luck fellas and lets hope we pull a finger or two out.
whatwhat say what 23,863 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 we look pretty slow and pretty indecisive - once again our kicks i50 give the forwards no chance to influence our midfield is AWFUL
deanox 10,070 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 Visible change in game style so far. Let's see if it continues.
Diamond_Jim 12,773 Posted July 11, 2020 Posted July 11, 2020 I like the forward 50 count 3-0 GCS Shows we're not bombing it in ?
