Willmoy, with great respect, I still have no idea what you're on about. But I'm curious as to how Daniher (and other similar styled players) can be exploited.

Yep, i know, i probably shouldn't have started in the first place. With regard to exploited, one would do well to get into this bloke's mind with how good he is taking such great marks and the rest of his team has to put up with size 14's getting into their shoulders, neck and head and the team revolves around him etc, etc. Everyone has a weakness, and at this level a lot of time should be studied how to get the result required and maybe you would only need to do it once.

Really? He went down like he got shot... soft as danger

That's what I thought, like a shot duck.

Its now becoming comical, he's clearly hurt and they keep playing him. He's constantly limping and in obvious discomfort.

If they take Dangerfield off they've only got one player on the field.

Talk about over umpires. Let the boys get at it. Free kicks and 50's left right and centre just because it's starting to get heated? McGuire is right pay what's there otherwise shut up.

Can't wait to be there with 80000+ others playing in a tight encounter. Money can't buy. I'm so jealous of Hawthorn and Geelong fans you wouldn't miss one of you barracked for either.

Wonder who our nemesis will be?

I don't understand why 7 doesn't poach someone like Gerard whateley he is such a good caller and the reason I love watching afl360

Exactly why I mute the TV and listen to the ABC's call instead.

7 will never poach Gerard because he is too good and would just show up how terrible the rest of their team is!!!

Everytime Selwood gets tackled he recieves a high free kick. Ducks his knees and gets away with it. Dangerfield is the pretty boy of the AFL even though Hawthorn are being a bit silly on him.

Rediculous isn't it (the umpiring). Roughhead had his nose smashed and the back of his head knocked by two different players in the same contest but the umpire didn't pay either high contact. He then had blood streaming from his nose and the umpire was in such denial about his previous error that he wouldn't even call time on for the blood rule. Now that they've lost control you can't even touch a player in a marking contest without giving away 50 metres.

Chris Scott made me laugh - called for 50 when Dangerfield got touched in a marking contest then complains bitterly when a 50 goes the opposite way for the exact same thing (as I knew he would). If Chris and Brad Scott spent more time criticising their own players than the umpires they might actually be able to see how to improve their sides (Brad is the worst out of the 2 and look how his coaching is going - coaching Kangas, previously linked to Lions job and now being linked to Pies job)!

The umpires seem to think that the rule originally brought in because of the Selwood brothers somehow doesn't apply to the Selwood brothers!

They're a waste of space and should be relocated to Tasmania, or just go the way of Fitzroy.

Four years ago when we were at our lowest ebb, and North were playing finals, they still somehow managed to be less relevant than us.

I believe Gerards contract with ABC doesn't let him.

Pretty sure that clause in his contract was put in at Gerard's request!!!

When will the heat come on nth? I know they lost experience but that was there choice to get rid of those players. Yes they may have played finals the past few years.  But they were just making up numbers.

They haven't had a lot of injuries have they?

So embarrassing we lost to them and we keep losing to them.

Why did you play-on, you muppet!!?? Take your time, have a shot after the siren and you probably win that match! Unbelievable finish but that result really pisses me off.

Geelong infuriate me. Such a mediocre team carried week in, week out, by two players.

Bog standard team relying on one bloke - and he's that good he gets it done.

I hate Geelong as well but don't like Hawthorn so it was a matter of who give a $%^& about the result.

Isaac Smith , must have had that missed shot in last years final running through his mind ... can't believe he didn't just take the shot... really annoying can't stand Geelong, and dropped a tip too!

History would have repeated. He choked in a final having a shot after the siren,  would've known there was next to No  time left, playing on takes the pressure valve off... Clarko will let him know about it id say

Seems only fair that the AFL make both teams forfeit their games until such time as the DL forum says otherwise!!! And while we're at it the same goes for Collingwood, Kangaroos, Essendon, Saints, Sydney, West Coast, etc, etc!!!

2015 they werent making up numbers. The umps screwed them in the wce prelim after they came out with a 5 goal start. They wouldve had a big bash all-vic grand final with hawthorn like their earlier encounters. It was wce who made up numbers as evidenced by their GF and my wasted afternoon.

Did anyone else notice Paddy Ryder with his ankle heavily iced on the bench in the final minutes?

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
