Bye Round 11 - Non MFC Games

Gold Coast knocking off the Eagles would be great...  a win on QB and we would leapfrog West Coast (and maybe another couple of teams) and jump up into the 8.

Adelaide could be this years North with no guarantee of making the 8...

Their midfield doesn't run deep and definitely don't run 2 ways.

Agreed! They have the sort of team that looks fantastic against weaker opposition but I'm not sure it's going to stand up in finals.

You only had to see what our contested game style did to them to see what will happen when the whips are cracking.

I don't consider them a serious premiership threat

The Camry Crows will play finals but do nothing in them

wasted position. It is why losing to Whorethorn and the Shockers puts me in a mean mood!!

I wonder what Matera's contract status is. Turned into a very good player.

Suns doing well against WC. Upset on the cards.

RE: Matera - as soon as you give a player a wrap...

Suns are useless, eade must wonder why he bothers

He may not have to for much longer - not saying that he is the problem.

GC look like choking again

If this West Coast rabble make the 8 and we don't I shall be quite angered.

How they haven't destroyed this fumbly garbage Gold Coast is beyond me.

Well done GOld Coast  -  my hate for West Coast is boundless.  Want nothing more than to see them crash and burn out of the 8.

And now for GWS to dismantle Essendrug.

We must Beat Meth Coke, here or over there.

Absolutely no excuse now, if we are to claim a successful year.

This is the time to crush them...

Our only hope is that Gawn & Hogan are back by rd13 and get some form back quickly before we go to Perth to hopefully take on the Meth Coke Weagles without Josh Kennedy..

If I've ever wanted to win 3 games in a row again. QB Dogs and then the Weagles would be F'ing amazing.

Likely hood.. #nun

Nah. Meth Coke are weak. The MFC has to start the game with that attitude.

There are no excuses, that is my point

don't blame it all on Gawn or Hogan...

Hawkins for a big unit

Just a SOOK

not only is he a big sook...he's got talking shlt down pat !!

"GEELONG star Tom Hawkins says he did not intend to hit Matt Crouch high with a jumper punch in last night’s match, but acknowledges any penalty is ‘out of my hands now"

Interesting he all but admits it was a deliberate action to punch....just not so "high"

fmd...what a joke

Can we go back in time and not do the trade that saw us gift yet another young superstar , Josh Kelly, to GWS?

The rest of the league must hate us.

Didn't there used to be a rule about no hands in the back in a marking contest?

Used to be lots of GOOD rules :(

We almost beat the Eagles with Chris Dawes and Matt Jones in the starting 22 last year, if Kennedy is out we win, even with him I think we'll take it well up to the Eagles.
