Juice spilled some of the easiest marks I've ever seen but at least he could get to the drop of the ball and be in a position to take them. i'm yet to see any evidence that weid can read the flight of the ball. it get's excused on demonland as bad kicking but I can assure you juice wasn't getting it on a silver platter Quote

His issue is he hasn't the body yet to hold his ground. He gets pushed aside too easily. Greater strength, particularly core strength, will improve this. I've also noticed his tackling is good for a player his size. 2 Quote

Yes and no, his agility is poor and he doesn't fully commit to defensive acts often when he is the only player within the vicinity and the team needs him to, but he has shown some strong signs with his tackling in congestion. If it's still happening in a year or two, then we have real issues. He's a junior player on the list - he needs to fill out. 3 Quote

How come Robbie Flower could always get to the drop of the ball and not be pushed out of the way? It is more than a strength issue. Quote

Very few are able to set the world on fire straight away, which is why Jesse is a freak. Josh Kennedy was rubbish when he played for Carlton. Look how that turned out. 3 Quote

Because he invented the Toby Green don't argue flying for the ball with his legs parallel to the ground and feet directed at anyone who wanted to get in the way of him or the ball. All 70kg's of him. Ted Lasso 19,586 Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Weideman has shown enough to suggest that with time and development he can become a good player. Hes alresdy dominated games at VFL level and as his body develops I'm sure that'll transition to AFL the big guys do seem to take 3-4 years to get going 1 Quote
