Casey 12-5-77 to Port 10-3-63 3QT time, couple of late goals.

Trengrove has been doing alright, nothing outstanding but doing his job

Any players who haven't appeared since half time D?

Surprised if it doesn't happen for next week. Kicking at times a little errant but his marking, run and carry off halfback is what we need. In the best three ATM.

Is that an ATM machine? Finally! Casey enters the 20th century.I'm leaving Mt Buller at 3...

Ignoring any injury concerns, I'd have Tyson, Watts, Garlett, Kent, Pederson has been great, J Smith has had a lot of the ball and created a lot of run off half back, and Jetta.

Pretty much agree but I think Kent will wait a week. No to Jetta.Weideman,Spencer and Harmed out as a starting point.

Keilty has taken 2 huge grabs this final term, one which he converted to a goal

Not that I've noticed no, they all seem to have played

Garland has just gone down and looks in a world of hurt. Knee/ankle, having to be carried off the ground. He can't walk. Not what we want for big Col.

Garland i believe getting stretchered off. Didn't look good.. maybe a knee. was yelling out in agony. someone else correct me if they know more.

With Frost, Hibberd and now Garland all out it all but locks in Joel Smith for round 1.

I could be wrong but I believe we can upgrade 3 rookies.

1. The AFL allow each team to upgrade a rookie at the start of the season. 2. We are allowed to upgrade a player for Heritier. 3. We can replace Mitch King who is on the LTI list.

Can anyone confirm?

No upgrade allowed for Heretier.

Full time Casey 17-6-108 to Port 10-4-64, strong last quarter but felt we could've been much further in front. Will do a full report when I get home.

I though Cat B rookies could play league games and not have the need for any upgrade?

Thanks for all your efforts mate. Looking forward to reading your report later in.

Final score
Casey 17.8 108
Port 10.4 64
Goal kickers: Watts Hannan Garlett Gent 2, Fritsch Morris Baker Tim Smith Keilty Trengove Pederson Kent Ferreria

I see Hannan kicked 2, any other involvement? Touches/tackles. I'd just play the bloke

Casey Fields have at least two EFTPOS machines. One is located in the canteen/bar area of the main stand and one on the canteen on the far side of the ground.           I didn't notice them last year, so they may only be recent additions. Just a piece of information for those that find reasons not to travel out to Casey, This is one less excuse to use.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
