I thought I cashed in on selling Hogan at a high price to many of you.  When all of you salivated squared.  Done the same with Jordan Lewis.  You guys are Alan Bond with rose coloured glasses.  Kerry Packer said there was only one Alan Bond transaction in a lifetime; not here.

Lynch and Daniher have flown past him...I think that is well accepted.  Hogan will have his days, but only when the moons align.  Can't build a flag tilt around that.

I wonder how you bozos would go whilst your Dad is dying of cancer on the other side of the country. The last few years would of been very tough.

Hes a top liner and when he settles he'll win the Coleman more than once

Noi he wont. He could become a great CHF roaming up the ground but he will never be a prolific goal kicker. Its not what he is. Could be an incredible Riewoldt type CHF though

In time and only when he is ready to play, I wonder if we should try playing Jesse off the wing? We have seen him playing well up the field and even centre bounces before and play well. Our whole structure has had to change due to the ruck situation and as a result, we will become a little unpredictable for the opposition. This will make it even more so. The forward line, as dysfunctional as it has been at times is currently ranked 5th in the league and Jesse has only played 3 games.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        I think he could do some damage with his run and might take the limelight off him not having to be our big KPF when he does return. Worked well for Richo and Riewoldt, I reckon it`s worth a shot.

    UNBACKABLE by The Oracle

They’re billing the Brisbane Lions as a sleeping giant — the best team outside the top eight —and based on their form this month they’re a definite contender for September AFL action. Which is not exactly the best of news if you happen to be Melbourne, the visiting team this week up at the Gabba.  Even though they are placed ahead of their opponent on the AFL table, and they managed to stave off defeat in their last round victory over North Melbourne, this week’s visitors to the Sunshi

    WILDCARDS by KC from Casey

Casey’s season continued to drift into helplessness on Sunday when they lost another home game by a narrow margin, this time six points, in their Round 13 clash with North Melbourne’s VFL combination. The game was in stunning contrast to their last meeting at the same venue when Casey won the VFL Wildcard Match by 101 points. Back then, their standout players were Brodie Grundy and James Jordon who are starring in the AFL with ladder leaders, the Sydney Swans (it turned out to be their last

    LIFE SUPPORT by Whispering Jack

With Melbourne’s season hanging on a thread, Saturday night’s game against North Melbourne unfolded like a scene in a hospital emergency department.  The patient presented to the ward in a bad way. Doctors and nurses pumped life-saving medication into his body and, in the ensuing half hour, he responded with blood returning to his cheeks as he stirred back to life. After a slight relapse, the nurses pumped further medication into the bloodstream and the prognosis started looking good as the
