VFL GRAND FINAL - CASEY SCORPIONS v FOOTSCRAY BULLDOGS

Featured Replies

It's like watching the senior sides play. We are so much more scrappy with our skills. Oliver the exception.

Weideman kicks his second! Scorps by seven points!

Great body work off the ball to give Weed a clear run at it

Most intense game i've seen from Ben Ken this year at any level...he's added something around the packs and his attack on the ball carrier is solid....Newton as well in this area

What a lovely kicking action and a goal to the Weed!

Next to Jack Watts, best kick for goal at the club.

They have been cleaner around the ball and better on spread till this point

Oliver head and shoulders above this level. The rest are very very VFL level. Matt Jones has been alright.

Love Oliver so cool under pressure, I saw him and ANB on the way in. Looks so young and boyish but really plays like a man. GO Clayton!!! Go Scorps!!!

Hulett!

Smith pressure!!!

Scorps lead by a goal at half time.

Siren goes for half time with Casey leading by a goal.

Casey Scorpions 6.3.39 to Footscray 4.9.33

Goals T Smith Weideman 2 Hulett White

Disposals Oliver 17 Kennedy 16 Grimes 15

Sterling commentary from Campbell Brown a second ago: "well, Dunn is the spare man for Casey, and it looks like Russell is doing the same for Footscray down the other end..."

Thanks mate, really insightful.

Better quarter from Casey. Smith and the other tall targets making their presence felt up forward. Unps giving the Dogs a decent ride...
