GAME DAY - Round 19

Featured Replies

Goal to Waite and their lead is 8 points

less than 4 mins left till 3/4 time

Melbourne has just never quite figured out what the zone defence is for.

Captain’s goal!

That is massive for our confidence, and for Jones’ game.

Jones!!!!!

Captains goal from the 50 by Jones and we are back to a 2 point game.

Seriously Melbourne, you have won back my respect today no matter happens in the last.

Jones just does not miss.

Finish the job Demons. Nought have shat themselves

We owe them serious pain.

See, THAT’S how you defend. Brayshaw drops back into the hole and sweeps up the defensive mark.

We need Gawn to get back to his marking form. We’re falling down coming out of defence because North’s rucks are outmarking us.

This Hogan guy looks alright. Anyone know much about him?

Had his own team called Hogan's Heroes. Very popular but now concentrating on footy.

Cool Max..

20 seconds left and Brown marks directly in front for a goal. Fark.

82 to 72 at the siren

[censored] me dunn...

That wasntwo pathetic efforts by Max!

Never a free. He was no chance to mark that ball.

We played dumb footy in the last 3 minutes. We kept kicking long to contests, when we needed to play possession footy.

That's three or four kicks out of defence in a row that North have marked. Not even remotely good enough by our guys. They have to at least bring that ball to ground, preferably get it over the sideline.

Haven't been able to follow, but will this game be lost due to

- non selection of Fitz

- another pathetic start???

10Pts Mmmm...right in this Dees..

Cut the margin by another 8 points, but we should really be in front after dominating the last half of footy.

I hope this doesn’t end up as a gallant loss or a North runaway train.
