VB is the best beer in the world bar none.

Where I Grew up we had white cans( Carlton draft) blue cans(fosters) and green cans(VB).

I got weaned on VB cans and many years later I still love it.

Could never adjust to German/British/Dutch/American beer.

Could never get VB over seas for many years Export Fosters was the best you could get, which is crown larger in Australia, but know you can get VB in Hong Kong all of the big in cities in China NZ the UK and even the U.S. if you know the right people.

It's going to take over the world trust me.

I wouldn't say simply drinking Coopers makes you a hipster, however add the man bun and/or a bush ranger beard and you could be there.

I was at the Tooborac Brewery (on the way up to Echuca) a few months back doing a brewery tour and tastings and they had just got a new head brewer, top bloke, who came from Moo, he said come back in a few months once he's settled has has the new equipment installed and he'll be trying some new stuff. Are there any trendy coffee dens down at Beech Forest these days? What is the coffee blend at the Beech Cafe this week? Salvadorian or Costa Rica fair trade arabica? Just asking before I make the trip.

Whereabouts in Scotland? I recall a great day long ago touring the Orkneys, where the locals would talk in a Scottish accent, but sound a lot like cartoon Vikings ...
