Assuming we win all our games next year. Which will be your win and why?

Breaking the Etihad hoodoo?

Beating the reigning premiers?

Queens birthday glory?

I live in WA so I would love to wear my Melbourne Jersey down Murray St victorious for once

Beating Geelong at Geelong.

nothing better than beating Essendope but we do it so often these days its become too easy :)

its time to smash the Collingwood filth

the win over Carlton last season was amazing

Ugh, a win over hawks and i'd die happy.

Beating Geelong at Geelong.

I was there the day that last happened. A guest of a mate who is a member, sitting behind the goals amongst Sea of Blue and White. I flew down from Sydney just for the afternoon. Best flight home ever.

In order of satisfaction:

Collingwood, I'd like to burn that stupid gold lame jacket.

Hawthorn, with Hogan booting 6 on Frawley.

GWS at Homebush, I go every year and just want to smash the smug little sods.

The pies on Queens Birthday for sure as my office is full of Collingwood supporters. Though I do want the team to get a win at Etihad.

By far beating Geelong @ Geelong with B itch Clark being held to 0.01 thanks to the prince...

Preliminary final against the Hawks with a win after the siren when Frawley runs across the mark to give Jack Watts 50 meters and the goal from 35 meters out.

F#%kers!

Beating Collingwood on queens birthday would be amazing.

I would also get just as much satisfaction beating teams we're supposed to beat like St Kilda, Brisbane and Bulldogs at the MCG. This year we failed to beat every team below Carlton on the ladder.

The first game! Haven't had that joy since I was in nappies!

By far beating Geelong @ Geelong with B itch Clark being held to 0.01 thanks to the prince...

He won't play a game....

The win which puts us into double figures for wins in 2015 for me

give me beating Collingwood on QBD any day

other that beating them in a Granny that is

Ugh, a win over hawks and i'd die happy.

It's Game Day and the Demons will be running out on the field with a new Head Coach, albeit a caretaker, for the first time in 3,060 days when they face the Western Bulldogs at the MCG today. What do you want to see from the Demons in the first match of the Post Simon Goodwin era?

  • Thank You Simon Goodwin

As Demon fans, we’ve ridden a rollercoaster of emotions over the decades; the heartbreaks, the near misses, the wooden spoons, and the endless waiting. But through it all, we clung to hope. And then came Simon Goodwin. Before he ever wore red and blue, he was a champion in his own right. A five-time All-Australian, two-time Best and Fairest, and two-time premiership hero and Captain with Adelaide, Simon Goodwin was always destined to lead. When he transitioned from the field to the coach's box, first as an assistant at Essendon, he began shaping a new legacy.

  • PREVIEW: Western Bulldogs

Long ago and far away, the Melbourne Football Club replaced its coach in difficult circumstances after the team suffered a devastating loss. In the aftermath, I penned the following words: “Then came the politics, the intrigue, the axing, the sound of the football world laughing at a club, the circling of the media vultures, the reinvention of history, the anger, the irony, the pathos, the hurt on the face of the president, the dignified departure of the coach, and the determination of the newly appointed caretaker.” Today, we’re back in the same place although one difference here is that the coach who was terminated this time is Simon Goodwin, the man who four years ago

  • REPORT: West Coast

The Charles Dickens novel, A Tale of Two Cities, opens with, “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, …”  This phrase highlights many of the significant challenges that humanity encounters in life, ranging from experiencing remarkable highs to living in times of despair. This is a concept that should resonate with all supporters of the Melbourne Football Club this morning as they reflect on its comprehensive 83-point victory over the struggling West Coast Eagles at Marvel Stadium. The outcome proved beyond doubt that they are the worst of clubs and that we are the best of the worst.
