Wow dude you have a real girlfriend?

What's that like, must be cool!

This thread has terned to cobblers, and, has a bad smell about it. I can't fathom it and won't be dipping my line into it again!

My girlfriend thought me spending time at Demonland was a complete waste of time but after I made her read the very fortunate turn this thread took she now see's exactly why I spend time here...

Sounds like a good catch :)

Once we land Dangerfish, i hope we turn our attention to Jarryd Flathead...

Otherwise known as the orange roughie.

I hope you mean the Orange Roughy

Is there any info in this thread?

It seems to me that we have gone hard for Dangerfield and that neither he, nor Adelaide, are entertaining our offer.

We've thrown a line in and now we're a waiting for someone to bite.

Stating the obvious, we really need to land a big fish.

It was a joke. At least I think it was

Good to sea this thread still going strongly lol.

Whoever started this should be hung dried and quartered!

I'm writing all these down. You guys are quite something.

So many varieties...

Who knew there were so many different types of loser out there?

No need to be a slickhead about it.

Again, I'd be staggered if we didn't have a backup plan for Danger turning us down. There's obviously been a lot of maneuvering behind the scenes to get us pick 3 and potentially financial assistance... I can't believe it's all amounted to nothing.

I still think that something could happen with Jeremy Cameron.

So do I. Think Cameron to Saints for pick 1?

Wanted to be hopeful but just yesterday the Giants were posting photos on Twitter of Cameron training at Giants HQ. If they knew he was out the door I doubt they'd have bothered, and I doubt he'd be in Sydney starting training.

Great to see @Jezzacameron & @JacobTownsend31 getting a jump on pre-season. The boys left nothing in the tank today.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: West Coast

Epic battle alert.  This Sunday, Casey Fields hosts a coach’s showdown pitting the wits of the master Mick Stinear (92 games, 71.7% win rate) against his protégé Daisy Pearce (16 games, 43.8%). Still early in her coaching journey, Daisy’s record doesn’t yet reflect her impact — but she’s already the best-performed coach at West Coast.Dais’ is mythic.  Like Katniss Everdeen, everyone either wants to kiss her, kill her (sporting metaphor) or be her.  Toothers Daisy Pearce is a role model, someone admired for their heart, humility and humour.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.
