The fact that Frawley can miss 3 Melbourne players and kick it onto the chest of the only Geelong player in the area, their ruck McIntosh, is sheer brilliance.

So brilliant, I hope another club plays him $800k+ for a seriously log contract....

he was probably getting a little ahead of himself and just practicing with his future mates :rolleyes:

Can SOMEONE in this team please stand up and show some goddamn leadership? It's just a rudderless ship out there. You don't win games by forcing endless stoppages and taking the ball over the line. They're just marching into games with the mindset of "how do we cover up this machete wound with bandaids?"

God. I am so over losing every week. I just want to have a bit of fun while I'm watching the game. For the last seven years, every weekend has had a chore along with it. I can't NOT watch the game, so I'm stuck looking at shite for three hours every weekend.

The AFL surely can't watch the state of these games and not realise how desperately 4 or 5 teams in this competition are in desperate need of draft concessions to get them off the bottom of the ladder.

GWS/GCS have been disastrous and soaked up all the talent.

Every time I watch geelong I think they have 25 men on the field, they just constantly outnumber

We are pushing extra players into the stoppages to try and win a clearance leaving free men behind the ball.

    Last Saturday’s crushing loss to Fremantle, after being three goals ahead at three quarter time, should be motivation enough to bounce back for this very winnable Round 5 clash at Windy Hill.     Fremantle hosted the Demons on a sunny 20-degree Saturdayafternoon winning the toss and electing to defend in the first quarter against the 3-goal breeze favouring the Parry Street end. There was method here, as this would give the comeback queens, the Dockers, last use of the breeze. The Melbourne Coach had promised an improved performance, and we did start better than previous weeks, winning the ball out of the middle, using the breeze advantage and connecting to the forwards.

    Calling all fit players. Expect every available Melbourne player to board the Virgin cross-continent flight to Perth for this Round 4 clash on Saturday afternoon at Fremantle Oval.     With Casey Fields basking in sunshine, an enthusiastic throng of young Demons fans formed a guard of honour for the evergreen and much admired 75-gamer Paxy Paxman. As the home team ran out to play, Paxy’s banner promised that the Demons would bounce back from last week’s loss to Brisbane and reign supreme.   Disappointingly, the Kangaroos dominated the match to win by 50 points, but our Paxy certainly did her bit.  She was clearly our best player, sweeping well in defence.
