Roos is more than a coach, he is a mentor, a leader and knows more about this game than most that have played it.

Roos seems to understand intuitively about peoples emotions, & 'has learned from great people', how to speak to men with respect, & to gently command respect in return.

he a learner both ways imo, both intellectually, & emotionally a high EQ ?

he has I think one of the best intellects in Footy, & sees bullshyte as clear as Fluro Green vests. this is why IMO he isn't caught up in flash & sparkle football. but rather the true basics of man against man physical footy with fairness.
