Beamer shows a bit of class....

Get real, Neeld was a fraud.

Many of you couldn't see past your noses.

Moloney was right, Neeld is a dud, and now it has been proven.

As far as I am concerned, we lost a very good player in Moloney, a heart and soul player, our best midfielder, and he has the right to stick it up everyone who knifed him in the back.

Which include half of you Demonlanders.

Well done Moloney, SHOVE IT UP EM!!!!!!

Yeah, a real heart and soul player who only played well in the games we won and never got a kick when it counted apart from Queens Birthday v Collingwood in 2010 and who cracked the sads when he wasn't made captain. And instead of sticking it up Neeld by playing well and leading from the front he admittedly put in under par performances.

Shane Warne says hello.

Another [censored] that we should have sold to Pakistan I spose?

The biggest difference between Warne & Moloney is Warne performed on the biggest stage of all time and time again, yet he still wasn't made captain for his misbehaving.

You seem to have the thought and opinion process of a 14 year old tonatopia....

Tonatopia = Brent Moloney?

"Grimes has stated he wasn't ready"

When did he say that, if so we should certainly look at moving him out of that role?

As for Moloney, just a bit of a simple guy.

Doesn't realise how pathetic a comment like that is, will never be a leader.

there is a saying beamer that ppl think your an idiot dont open your mouth and remove all doubt. too late for that hey goose

Lacked class clearly - however we would be naive to think he is the only player thinking that

Pretty poor effort and shows that Beamer can be a blockhead. I wanted Neeld gone as much as others but pay the man some respect.

Moloney would have been a better captain than trengove and grimes.

Grimes has stated he wasn't ready, trengove is still a kid and moloney had just won our Bluey and could mix it with the leagues toughest.

Now you're being silly.

Does Beamer realise that the players picked the captains and the leadership group.

After today I see why he was voted out.

Also you say Neeld screwed him over. Hello what about Bailey screwing over James McDonald. Did you hear him come out and say garbage and have a crack after Bailey was sacked. No he took it on the chin and maintained his dignity.

Don't think Beamer was voted out by the players (he was in the previous year and top it off with b N f and 18 brownlow votes)

The coaches voted them out

Moloney's record speaks for itself.

He is just the scapegoat of a bunch of demonlanders because you can't handle a raw brute.

I bet the people that don't like Beamer were bullied at school. now their bitterness and vindictiveness is rising by supporting the new headmaster (nerd) to spank the playground bully.

It's not beamers fault that you were pansies.

I thought sooking on instagram about other people's bad days was kind of the breathing definition of weak and pathetic? Maybe I'm mistkane?

But you're right, Moloney's record speaks for itself; the repeated efforts to bring the club into disrepute with his binge drinking, the sooking when challenged to lift his professionalism at training, the refusal to play a team role instead of demanding that everyone at a clearance block for him and only have one clearance plan that is 'Russian taps it to me then I run and bomb it without looking, if nobody marks it, well, that's because they aren't a very good forward, right?'. The man is Mr Leadershi*.

When was the last time any headmaster spanked a playground bully? What are you, 97? Whatever it is, you're clearly still caught up in that magical world of being 9 again, back when you felt important. Tragic truth is, the nerds have moved on to having lives and careers and travelling to places other than Kuta Beach. 1 million Australians are right now all over the world following amazing lives, how many of them do you think are 'raw brutes' like Moloney? You lost, the nerds won, suck it up.

Have another drink, tones, that'll help.

So is knifing a loyal player in the back when he bled for us, even after he wins the B&F and gets 18 odd votes in the Brownlow.

Er ... I think you'll find that Beamer might end up better known for a liquid other than blood expelled voluntarily from his body at 3.00 am on a night club counter than anything else.

Nice bloke but totally brainless and when he left the club the average IQ of the playing group rose dramatically.

As mentioned by many, this latest episode confirms he wasn't captain material and, as it transpired, not worthy of a contract of any value which is exactly what happened when he left the club.

What a bunch of cry-babies you lot are. He bled for us, we treated him like [censored], he left, he posts on instagram. Go cry yourselves to sleep and worry more about the rest of the rabble we need to clear out!

regardless of what neeld did right or wrong with beamer.....

regardless of how good or not beamer was as a player.....

this was just pizz poor form in most people's book and will just reflect poorly on beamer

no, he's saying Beamer was not voted In, by the players... missed out on selection & leadership group.

Yawn

As a Melbourne member born in Warrnambool I should have loved Moloney. My early instincts were confirmed again today.

no, he's saying Beamer was not voted In, by the players... missed out on selection & leadership group.

And I was saying he was wrong the players didn't vote out green davey Beamer and rivers from the leadership group especially as all those players were votes in the year before

Footy Classified should be renamed Quick skim read of Demonland. Within 3 minutes they've slammed Neeldy with that immature Instagram pic.

After reading the above, I'm gobsmacked that you're the same bloke who posted in the 'Lethal' thread about your own leadership potential and how you've offered yourself as a Board member.

Excuse me while I PML...

You are out of control, shagger.

Unfortunately he only bled for himself.

Glad he's gone, and I hope we keep moving out players that think the club owes them a living.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.
