Saying we can't judge Neeld 18 months in??

Jackson hit all the media today...TV & Radio, the changes will start..I could tell by his words he has a fair idea already.

I am listening to Neeld right now...he is a very proud man without the necessary experience.

That is a fact.

It's got to the stage where I actually feel sorry for him. I can barely look when he is speaking, and I fear for the even further humiliation he cops when he finally is removed. As it stands, he will go down in folklore as one of the worst coaches ever in modern football.

I do not blame Neeld at all...The Job is way to big for him...This is a 50 year job, that has finally hit the red line

Christ we needed Ross Lyon when he was there.....

I know about Jackson, even listened to him before the bounce at the game (addressed his connection with the AFL. Said the MFC contacted AD asking for if there were any experienced CEO's out there, AD called PJ and asked if he could forward his name, and the board elected him).

I think your looking into it a bit too much into his media blitz today and Neeld. Particularly considering he was saying we need to give Neeld time.

Jackson's experience showed 100% today... I rate him highly.

I rate Jackson very highly, The coaching job is too difficult for an inexperienced coach..that will not change.

His appointment of 2 Captains was the the first worry to me.

The players do not care...DRASTIC MEASURES ARE NEEDED

The Coach must go sadly.

Who will coach in between?

Mo money, mo problems... never thought I'd quote Biggie Smalls

Keep Neeld till CEO sorted and in between see who is out there.

We tried Viney before as an interim coach and that didn't go too well... there is always Craig, but again, more money.

no, we need a home base to just to get things slowly started.. too many temp fixes will not cover up our deficiencies.

We play @ the MCG, as this is our homeground.

But we need to get a Demons Hub, where we can build from the grassroots & up.

No other club is Nomadic, yet has a fixed address, is a Club, but isn't,,,, but rather an Organisation... & wonders why the supporter base is shrinking,,, & we've known about it since Ian Ridley took over....

Yet we still don't have a home base!

... this isn't just about this coach, or that coach, & a patchup job, this is about the fabric of what the club has become in a growing footy code, but we haven't moved a scintilla.... all the other Melbourne based Power Clubs have built their Clubs Hubs, Inc' the Catters down @ the hollow.

but we are just getting squeezed out because we don't have a true Identity, & a postal address on a Google Map. all who have run this club over the decades are 'OK', as they just walk into the MCC to celebrate, but they do Not think of what they can give the grass roots supporters ... they just want the money, & then say politely, "thankyou" & then turnaway,,, till next year.

FCS THIS CLUB NEEDS A COACH WITH EXPERIENCE.

A social hub will not win us games. Get the Footy right and the people will drink.

    UNBACKABLE by The Oracle

They’re billing the Brisbane Lions as a sleeping giant — the best team outside the top eight —and based on their form this month they’re a definite contender for September AFL action. Which is not exactly the best of news if you happen to be Melbourne, the visiting team this week up at the Gabba.  Even though they are placed ahead of their opponent on the AFL table, and they managed to stave off defeat in their last round victory over North Melbourne, this week’s visitors to the Sunshi

    WILDCARDS by KC from Casey

Casey’s season continued to drift into helplessness on Sunday when they lost another home game by a narrow margin, this time six points, in their Round 13 clash with North Melbourne’s VFL combination. The game was in stunning contrast to their last meeting at the same venue when Casey won the VFL Wildcard Match by 101 points. Back then, their standout players were Brodie Grundy and James Jordon who are starring in the AFL with ladder leaders, the Sydney Swans (it turned out to be their last

    LIFE SUPPORT by Whispering Jack

With Melbourne’s season hanging on a thread, Saturday night’s game against North Melbourne unfolded like a scene in a hospital emergency department.  The patient presented to the ward in a bad way. Doctors and nurses pumped life-saving medication into his body and, in the ensuing half hour, he responded with blood returning to his cheeks as he stirred back to life. After a slight relapse, the nurses pumped further medication into the bloodstream and the prognosis started looking good as the
