You're not thinking of Euan Campbell, originally from Old Scotch whose only game was in Round 16, 1968 against Geelong at Kardinia Park, by any chance?

Who else but the only Melbourne player in history with the surname of Hogan who even had the same initials as our own future star Jesse Hogan?

Here are the clues in their entirety:-

Who am I ... 1st Clue:

I played only one game for the Melbourne Football Club.

I am...?

Who am I ... 2nd Clue:

The ground at which I played my one and only game no longer exists.

Who am I ... 3rd Clue:

I wore the number 13 and came to the Melbourne Football Club from Ballarat Imperial.

At least you got the right year. Joe Hogan played his one and only game in 1932 but both he and Cunningham missed the Titanic by a couple of decades.

Do I score .5 of a pt for the correct year?

I was all over it with the 3rd clue. The 3rd clue should have been the 2nd clue and the 4th clue should have been the 1st clue. Then my 1st guess would have had a chance of getting somewhat close to being correct. In fact I think I could have nailed it IF your clues were swapped around.

As it was, I was throwing darts at names and hoping for the best :) Whats the next one?

For a triple point answer and a holiday in the Greek islands my answer is = Olympic Park

After Hogan played his 1 only game there, the joint was doomed. Well afterall it did go to the dogs.

WJ might want to confirm that is correct.

Olympic Park is correct.

We played 3 games there early in the 1932 season due to the MCG being unavailable as it was being top dressed.

The ground at Olympic Park was known as the Motordome so my guess is that it was used for some sort of racing cars.

I might have a crack at one more quiz and then call it quits for 2012.
